德尔比酒店(Derby Hotel Barcelona)

酒店附近配套非常齐全，吃喝玩乐都有，去参观高迪的主要旅游点也建议步行，可以很好地体验巴塞罗那的生活、购物、文化美景。酒店早餐中上，服务人员非常热情， 但是我遇到一个非常不好的体验，我住2天后要换房间续住（单人房换去三人房）提早两天和前台沟通希望可以无缝对接另外一间房，居然在家人到达的时候说还不能换，而且如果12点没房间我们得退出来等房间。。我之前已经检查了网站酒店是有房间的。。之后酒店说有房间了可以换，要求把房卡送上来我们好换房间，居然说一定得本人下去签名才能拿钥匙，下去问说酒店的流程必须如此。。这让我非常失望，非常非常扫兴，就决定不续住了 I hope hotel management take note on this issue, hotel guess is smart nowadays, dont simply give excuse to us and this will spoil the hotel branding overall my staying experience is perfect but due to this case i thinking should give bad feedback on the service, this may not fair to most of the hotel good service staff, but this are important for us to let u know those superb bad experience
