原本订这家越南酒店时，看到网上评论还心里打鼓，没抱太高期待，没想到实际入住体验直接远超预期！ 工作人员的服务堪称满分：刚到店办入住，就有工作人员主动出门迎接，还贴心帮忙拖行李；入住期间，不管我在哪儿稍作停留，他们都会主动上前询问是否需要帮助，态度热情又不过度；离店时，也一直热情欢送，细节处特别暖心。更惊喜的是，工作人员不仅英语水平很高，沟通毫无障碍，聊天时还风趣幽默，特别会调动氛围。 餐饮方面也很让人满意，早餐提供点餐服务，还有简单的自助区域可以选择，连送餐的大姐都能说几句英文，很方便。这次住宿真的颠覆了我对当地服务的印象，也切实感受到越南的国际化服务程度比想象中高很多，真心推荐！ 房间干净。 I was a bit hesitant about booking this hotel in Vietnam after reading some online reviews and didn't have high expectations. However, the actual stay experience far exceeded what I anticipated! The staff's service was absolutely outstanding: when I first arrived to check in, a staff member came out to greet me proactively and even helped with my luggage. During my stay, whenever I paused anywhere, they would take the initiative to ask if I needed assistance—their attitude was warm without being overbearing. When I checked out, they also saw me off warmly, and the little details were truly heartwarming. What was even more surprising was that the staff not only had a high level of English, making communication seamless, but also had a good sense of humor when chatting, which really lifted the mood. The dining aspect was also satisfying. Breakfast offered an à la carte service, along with a simple buffet section to choose from. Even the auntie who delivered the food could speak a few words of English, which was very convenient. This stay really changed my impression of the local service; it also made me truly feel that Vietnam's international service level is much higher than I imagined. I highly recommend it!
