这家店进门是要脱鞋的，布局是榻榻米式，特色菜是一种很大的锅（宝刀锅），里面有手擀面、时令蔬菜和味增，还是很符合喜欢吃热食的中国人的口味的。

This place: Koshu Hoto Kosaku Kitaguchi Ekimae in Kofu was absolutely delicious!! I made a stop in Kofu JUST TO EAT the hoto here!! It was my first time and I\m so glad I stopped to try it. It was a cold and rainy evening ~ my husband and I walked a block from the train station just to try this wonderful comfort food! Fortunately, there was an English menu. We ordered one pork hoto and one order of tempura and shared it. It was enough for both of us. The noodle was super chewy and the soup ~ more a stew was oh so tasty! I would recommend a detour from where ever you may be to try the noodles here!
