It’s a rather small place on Calle del Medio – should not be confused with Café Catedral that you may encounter in the vicinity of the cathedral. We went to La Catedra for our last dinner during short trip to northern Spain and it turned out to be a perfect choice. Their garlic prawns (langostinos al ajillo) are absolutely fanstastic, as well as fried green peppers (pimientos de Padron). Some other guests seemed to be very happy with cuttlefish with coriander (chipirones al cilantro). Great wine, very nice atmosphere, pleasant decor. One of the best meals on our trip. Paid around 23 euros for two raciones and 4 glasses of wine. Highly recommended.
