Another local recommendation while we were visiting Chiang Mai. Though they were out of a few items we wanted on the menu, everything we had was fresh and delicious. The food was creatively presented and the decor was modern. We very much enjoyed WanLamun.

After gained 2012 TripAdvisor the best restaurant, W by Wanlamun moved to Central Festival and renamed as WanLamun. Dishes: 1.Miang Kum (eating many things in one bite) - all ingredients are diced into small cubes for wrapping into raw fresh Piper Sarmentosum to eat. 2.Yum Som O (Thai style pomelo salad in golden crispy cups) . 3. Yum Salmon (Thai style raw salmon salad). 4.Pad Thai (Thai style fried rice noodle) with soft crab. 5. Kao Phat (Thai style fried rice) with prawn. Drinks: 1. Iced Tea in Thai style with milk. 2. Butterfly pea juice with lime. This is natural color in blue instead of artificial one and is sooo eye catching for its color changing fm blue to purple once lime drops in. In conclusion, food is delicious with separately served sauces, so no worry for too spicy. The traditional Thai dessert is not only cute but also yummy. It\s hard to leave without them! Aside fm great presentation and nice environment, its customer service also gained a point. Waiter helped us to take photo proactively. Being the last meal before departure, WanLamun is a perfect ending for a trip.
