Very dirty, no proper shower facilities and washroom. Room service at 0 rating, no cattle or coffee/tea provided. Was given road side accommodation so there was lots of commotion from outside... not a peaceful stay at, regretted every minute of it.

Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!" I stayed at Hotel Arthur for a night, really enjoyed its location in the city centre where everything is within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, breakfast really delicious, and the room nice.

Location is good but amenities are not upto the mark. Ac, fan not functioning properly. Due to this i had sleepless nights. They tried to fix up it but no use. Room also not properly clean but i was helpless as i paid in advance to makemytrip.

Location is just opposite to surat railway station, neat and clean, staff behaviour also good. Definetly revisit the property.
