The manger is horrible Iv been trying to contact the manger because I had to check out early due to family emergency and ******* said I need to talk to hotel manger to get refund and manger is mia to talk to .

酒店回复: Thank you for your review. Your reservation was booked through a third-party company, as a non-refundable, non-changeable rate, and payment was not made directly to the hotel. This company has also denied your request for a refund, and we recommend you accept this loss.Refunds must be handled through the booking provider, not the hotel. You have spoken with multiple managers despite being informed of this policy, and your repeated contacts have become disruptive and aggressive. Additionally, you violated our non-smoking policy by smoking in the room, causing damage that resulted in additional charges.We expect all guests to respect our policies and treat our property with care.

The hotel could use some update on the furniture outside. The pool isn't that large, there isn't much else to this facility. Poor service this time as we never got any housekeeping...we never got new towels or amenities for the bathroom and they for some reason only came in and changed our bathroom trash. Didn't make the bed or clean anything else.

Room was very spacious and clean. But they did not clean room. I had to ask for new towels twice before I got them.

我们在优胜美地之旅期间入住这家酒店,预订的是套房,但酒店却给我们安排了一间无障碍客房。由于正值阵亡将士纪念日周末,而且我们午夜之后才到达,酒店已经客满,无法为我们更换房间——这一点我们能够理解。然而,无障碍客房的浴室非常脏,到处都是像轮胎印一样的黑色污渍。更糟糕的是,好几条毛巾上都有头发——不是一两根,也不是只有一条毛巾上有头发。
我们打电话给前台要求更换毛巾。等了大约两个小时后无人接听,我们不得不再次打电话。又过了30分钟才有人送来毛巾,但工作人员看起来非常不情愿,态度也很冷淡。
厨房的墙壁上有明显的油渍,沙发和桌子的边角也都有破损或撕裂的痕迹。电视无法连接Wi-Fi,所以我们无法观看或投屏任何内容。所有这些都表明酒店管理不善,缺乏必要的维护。
值得一提的是,早餐团队非常勤奋,态度也很好。他们的服务非常出色,值得表扬。
第一晚我到得很晚,发现马桶冲水不畅,但当时已经很晚了,所以我就睡了。第二天一大早(6:30),我去前台要求修理。
当天晚些时候(晚上7点),我回来时发现马桶仍然坏着,房间也没打扫。
更糟糕的是,当我再次询问前台时,他们竟然撒谎说他们去过房间但没修好。我知道他们在撒谎,因为我特意在马桶里留了两张卫生纸(马桶很干净),就是为了看看他们是否去过。而且,在我投诉之后,他们派了一位女士过来,不到5分钟就把马桶修好了。
第二天,我特意要求他们打扫房间,早上6点就提出了要求。下午5点回来时,房间仍然没打扫,他们却说这是他们打扫所有房间的正常时间。
员工态度友好礼貌,但我讨厌被欺骗和糟糕的服务。
住宿体验不错。我会再次预订。
漂亮的现代酒店,套房布局合理。时尚。我们很高兴有带电视的柜台空间和沙发,以及独立的睡眠区/浴室。如果需要,有很多架子和抽屉。
虽然清洁度非常好,但需要提高。从晚上到早上,没有人清理主入口外溢出的垃圾,厨房柜台上的把手很粘,这不好。厨房设施不错,迷你洗洁精和非常可爱的盐和胡椒瓶 :-)
