I booked for 3 rooms and all three rooms are small and not clean. Bathroom is not clean and it had a very bad smell even yhe closets are black in color. They didn’t provide wifi and water. The staff were not friendly. The entrance from road is very narrow and were not able to track the hotel. It was a terrible stay.

Nice reception guy, very friendly and cooperative, nice small room, but the bathroom ceiling is damaged, The building is located inside, only walkable narrow pathways connecting road and the building. There is no water, coffee, tea provision even if we pay for it.

Such a waist of money. Small room. Cleanness is zero. Smelly. No wifi, no hot water, not cleaned for a decade. The shower frames and windows are dusty. Horrible horrible stay. Staff is also not up to the mark. Not recommended either for family, couple or solo travellers. Highly not recommended

I had booked room ***** with my colleague (same room. They didn't provide bath towel for colleague. Asked for plates to have food, not provided. They did not even provide soaps and toothbrush. Worst hotel i have been to.

Good hotel, budget friendly and good location. Near to ernakulam town railway station and town metro station. Buses auto always available. Good and humble staffs. Rooms are clean. Good for couples with a one child. Rooms are less spacious.

Only one positive is it's very nearer to railway station. Rooms are clean but it's too small for 3 people's and with 3 big size bags. There are mosquitoes too. Also hot water was not working in one of the room. Whereas it was working fine in another room. No lift. Also climbing up the stairs is difficult because it's too narrow. Only one person can climb at any time. Extra mattress was not clean.
