地理位置优越，上坡走15分钟到独立大道主街，一路上有很多猫猫和支路上的精品小店；走10分钟可以到达加拉塔大桥，走是10分钟可以到加拉达石塔！
订的街景房，虽然看不到海，但足够有阳光，房间设施OK，挺大的。
重点是服务态度好，很热情，到达就主动问我们喝什么咖啡来取取暖；每次出门和回来都笑脸相迎。

这个酒店真是太好了，位置绝佳，距离独立大街，游轮，加拉塔塔都是步行的距离，周边各种好吃的美食。酒店超级干净，床品舒适，设施很新，前台也很舒服的服务。特别特别感谢的是，我离开酒店的时候，把一些物品包括现金落在了酒店的保险柜里，发现的时候已经到机场了，抓紧联系酒店，酒店马上核实并确认。最后和酒店共同商量了后续操作办法，酒店积极配合，顺利完成后续事宜。特殊感谢的是携程的客服，事情发生后联系携程，携程立刻联系酒店，多次帮助沟通，并且携程还帮助联系了大使馆，提出多个解决建议。特别快捷积极。可以说，没有携程的帮助，酒店的积极配合，是很难完成这件事的。
设施：这是一家比较新的酒店，设施都比较新，酒店布置的也很精致
服务：入住还送了小手绳，服务态度很好
入住前也需要行李安检，还会主动帮助拿行李很不错
离T1公交车站很近，200米的距离，很不错，主要是隔音很好，听不到外面唱歌的声音
优点：位置不错
缺点：剩下的卫生 房间设施 早餐 都是缺点。第二天的服务都不错头一天刚入住的时候 前台服务一般。
被套是脏的 开关插座上一层灰这根本达不到五星的客房布草标准！ 四星也达不到。不给换房间 换了被套 真难受 设施老化 地板都翘起来凹凸不平的。房间贼小行李箱都摆不下也就是快捷的水平。1300的房价 不要求你做到奢华酒店的水平咱至少要保证卫生吧！
现在想想还是觉得给分高了 应该给1分
因为我是夏天出行，所以在伊斯坦布尔找酒店时，特别关注了空调效果好、房间安静的，因为我看过其他一些酒店的差评。但Burdock这家酒店的空调非常好，而且关上窗户后，房间非常安静。
早餐也不错。氛围很好，人也不多。
房间稍微有些小，但整体装修比较新，比较有设计感，看起来相对比较干净，去机场建议订车，公共交通不是很方便
这里所有的员工都非常友善，酒店位置也很好，设施既好又干净。强烈推荐给所有计划去伊斯坦布尔旅行的人。这家酒店的员工和设施都非常棒，友好、乐于助人、可爱且优秀。简直是10分满分打100分！🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
位置很棒，搭乘T1有轨电车出行非常方便。酒店附近，步行就能去好几个著名景点。早餐选择多，还很照顾有特殊饮食需求的客人。房间还可以，但不知道为什么毛巾不太白。房间没什么问题，但漱口水不太好。需要提供更多的水。
我们度过了一段美好的时光，酒店员工都非常棒。

由于我们是在伊斯坦布尔庆祝生日，他特地送给我们免费早餐和一些美味的蛋糕。
我们的姓氏是 Burdock，所以很自然地想入住同名的酒店。我们会告诉家人，我们在这里得到的款待和关怀是无与伦比的。
