From check in to check out everything was easy! The rooms were clean and super cute! If you wanted to make yourself a meal you could since there is a little kitchen! The breakfast every morning was a great benefit!

Comfortable, but dirty
Arrived at Maintays and the check-in process was very smooth. Went upstairs to check out the room and it was dirty. When I called downstairs about the room, the from desk lady (I think her name was Victoria) was very helpful. She came up and took pictures of the problem areas. She showed me two other rooms, but they were not better. I opted to have housekeeping clean the room. Jas was on it! She cleaned that room from top to bottom and changed the sheets, including the mattress cover. The rooms are very large and the bed is very comfortable. They just are not clean. The service was great and the hotel is not in a bad location.

Easy check in, decent property, they are under staffed, our room had a pull out bed and no sheets were left in the room for the pull out bed. There was food on the floor in our room from the previous guest. The dresser drawers were broken/off track and we couldn’t use them. The phone in our room didn’t have a dial tone/ work. We had to use our cell phone to call the front desk and ask for bedding and towels. The lady at the front desk told us that we had to come get it ourselves. Two of us went down to get the items. When we got to the front desk no one was there and we had to wait 8 minutes until the lady came back. She gave only sheets and no blanket for the bed. I have a arm injury so even with a second person it was painful for me to carry those items back to my room. The room was small, the breakfast was ok. Don’t want to forget about all the ants at the front door of the hotel.

I have a 3 starts because the hotel list they had 9 restaurants, and bar and the only thing they had was a gym and free breakfast. False advertisement not good at all

Cleanliness was the biggest problem. Our room was very dirty and the walls in the hallway were dirty. Elevator wasn’t very clean either. Dishes were dirty in our room, the bathroom, the sheets, surfaces covered in dust. Floors dirty. Fridge dirty. Horrible experience in terms of cleanliness. Young lady at front desk was friendly and courteous.
