5-Star Stay – Absolutely Wonderful!

This hotel truly impressed from start to finish. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel right at home.

The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast buffet with fresh, delicious options. Every meal was a treat!

Facilities were top-notch—beautiful pool, and a well- maintained stage. The room was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable.

A flawless stay. Highly recommended and definitely coming back!

The property was not as in picture and the room was not clean. Bath towel is missing and making so many calls at last get a one towel. No dust bin on bathroom. Extra bed was not provided even if they said it will be given. Location is easy to access

There is a mistake in mmt description of room.there is no jacuzzi in room which was shown as signature amenity in mmt.jacuzzi is available in suit room only as per hotel staff.stay was comfortable.food was tasty.breakfast spread was limited but ok.need improvement in housekeeping especially towels and linen

This was a trip for some business work.

PROS

- spacious rooms which are well maintained.

State of the art console for controlling room ambience and temperature.

- color scheme of furniture and furnishings was very pleasant

- quiet place

- about 20 mins by road from the town centre

CONS

- bath towels are not placed in the room & need to be called for

- complimentary water bottles (2 x 500 ml) are not replenished everyday

- the lights in the passage to the room are kept off in the day despite not mich lighting being available. While it's a good thing to save on cost it would be advisable to use motion sensor light which will atleast provide light when guest needs it and switch off on its on.

- buffet breakfast menu is the same everyday it seems.

- no 24/7 in room dining but the spread and quality of food in the restaurant is very good.

Warm behaviour at reception and restaurant. Staff is good. House keeping needs improvement. No towel was kept when room was allotted. No cup kept for coffee or tea. There’s a deterioration in housekeeping compared to my earlier stay in December. Ideal location. Good food.

Food was good . Roooms were clean and bed sheets wet bit dirty and extra mattress bed sheets were torn and bit yellow in colour other than that location and property was good 👍

Excellent hotel to stay at in Thalassery. It's located right beside the cooperative hospital and is on the main road to Kannur. The deluxe room I stayed in was just perfect and the food at the restaurant was great too. Value for money. Nothing to complain about. Recommend highly.
