Very poor experience. There is absolutely no courtesy shown to customers. The washrooms are the dirtiest I’ve seen—no cleanliness, no proper maintenance, and even the doors don’t have locks. The wait time for food is ridiculous—almost 2 hours. When issues are raised, the staff giggle instead of taking it seriously. To make things worse, the manager is extremely rude and sarcastic, showing zero professionalism. Highly disappointing and not recommended.

Justa Sarang is justa one night stay kind of hotel. A little far from Mandir but autos available. Rooms are small but very cozy and very clean. Staff is nice and courteous . Food is average and restaurant staff is not very helpful. They don’t know good customer service and satisfaction even things like asking lemon pieces or ice cubes get them frowned and they give some without a smile and you have to ask them again since the portion is small. That’s a very big put off for us. So stay is excellent but food service very bad.

The manger is very rude and type of handling the customer is very poor… inspite of having rooms they are not ready to support customers preference …as we are the member of club Mahendra and found that this hotel is tied up with club Mahendra but with the standard of club Mahendra this hotel feels poor hospitality …

The property is not that great, the staff is slow and inattentive. The restaurant is below par. Though location wise the hotel is close to the mandir, but there are better options line Daiwik and Arjuna.

A very nice property, just 10 mins from the temple. All necessary amenities, great good and nice rooms. Staff is very cooperative and helping. Keep it up guys.

Reasonable Price.. Old Hotel. Mirrors in bathroom have lost mercury. I had booked 2 rooms. one room toilet seat was messed.. ie it was not positioned properly. we stayed overnight hence did not get it fixed. Otherwise OK room. If u need a Very Nice room look elsewhere. but cost conscious then ok
