As compared to hotel room price, room were very small l and I have not even stayed in night because of Darshan at mahakal. even though I have asked during check out if we can stay for 1-2 hours more because of our train delay.but we were told to check out.

3 bed a/c room but a Sofa was given instead of a single bed. Restaurant in the ground floor has exorbitant prices , for 3 simple meals. Property is located very near to the Mahakaleshwar temple, but not accessible to autos due to ongoing road work. Room rent is on the higher side. Better to book a lodge after reaching Ujjain than relying which puts a hole in your pocket.

The location is bang opposite and very near to mahakaleshwar entry points. The place is always buzzing with people with many many food options nearby. It is located in a narrow street and hence no vehicle reach is possible and you have to drag your luggage to reach. Rooms are very ok with general facilities available. Staff is good and helpful

Holel location is extremely good for the purpose of mahakal darshan, full view of the mandir is visible from the lobby of hotel and the live telecast of mahakal jutirling on led screen is nicely viewed from front room window and hotel lobby. Room ventilation and room service need to improve. One have to keep it in mind, it being on mandir way vehicle are not allowed you have to travel apprx. 200 m with your luggege. Lobby view.

Toiletries given was so dirty that it can't be used for bathroom mat. The blanket was dirty. I brought it to the notice of manager and even owner of the hotel. Ac water was licking in the toilet. Hence, if you go for toilet when ac is on, it will sprinkle on you. The lizard and insects were playing in the room. The position of the taps was rusty. The bathroom door closer was in broken condition. There is no proper maintenance of the room. No night lamp in the room. It was guest house room at the cost of rs. 3200. It was painful experience. Only it's plus point is its proximity to the temple. You can listen bhajans and art i since 3 am. When i said him that i have paid rs. 3200, the owner said that they charge only 2500- and mm t have collected this much from you.

The hotel is located in the close proximity of the mahakaleshwar temple, actually bang infront. You can see the temple from the hotel and can also hear the aarti going on. The hotel is located in a no car zone so you have to walk with your luggage for around 200m on the busy and filthy streets. Rooms are okay size for an overnight stay as your objective here would only be the mahakal darshan. This hotel is perfect for the same. However do keep in mind that the rooms are not really insulted and you can hear every word from the rooms adjacent. Also, ventilation in the room is a challenge as the hotel is located in a closely packed street. Our room had no window but it actually was a blessing as if it did have all the street smells would've come in. Rest, the owner and the staff are accommodating and helpful. Food is decent. Will definitely visit again when not coming with the baby. Tldr; good location of hotel for darshan. Little trouble navigating through the streets with luggage.
