The hotel offers convenient pick-and-drop facilities and affordable rental car services, making travel easy for guests. The front office staff are very friendly, especially Saroj Babu, and the hotel manager, Pradipta Ku. Sahoo ji, is a down-to-earth person with a truly helpful attitude. Guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of options. The restaurant food is delicious—arguably the best in Jharsuguda. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Although the property is older, it has been beautifully maintained, giving it both charm and modern comfort. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a top choice in Jharsuguda.

The room was big and comfortable in sleep mode wise pillow. Food is as usual house type. The bathroom was good.

Room food are ok but for online bookings like make my trip the check out time is 12noon where as for direct booking the time is 24hrs. I had checked in around 20:30 hrs and had to checked out by 12 noon. This is unjustified when the hotel have 24hrs check out.
