The Indian food was amazing, the best we had so far on our trip to Uganda. Will come back again for sure. Portions are big, the coffee really good

From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at Sandton Hotel. Every person I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for — not just as a guest, but almost like family. Their smiles, professionalism, and willingness to meet every individual need made such a difference during my stay. I would recommend Sandton Hotel 1000 times over to anyone traveling to Kasese. If you want to experience genuine Ugandan hospitality at its finest — this is the place to stay!

The rooms were clean and cool. The food was fresh and hot. The staff accommodated anything we needed for our short conference. I highly recommend them for travel, business, or vacations. The buffet they put together for our guests was very nice and everyone was happy with the 4 star service.

My experience at the hotel was terrible. The room was dingy, dark and dirty, at an unjustifiable cost. Bathrooms are tiny, poorly cleaned and smelly. Plumbing works very intermittently with water just trickling out of the shower. Curtains do not cover the entire window. No fan in the room in a very hot Kasese. Everything combines to ensure poor sleep quality, at high financial cost. The food is passable, but I found better quality better priced food in nearby restaurants. Overall, management needs to inject themselves with a good dose of honesty when interacting with customers.

Me and some friends stayed in Kasese for three months, and we came to Sandton almost every day. The staff took care of us like family, the food was always delicious, great outside sitting area, one of the few places in Kasese with good Wifi. If you ever have an issue or a question, the staff at Sandton will do everything to help you. The standard of both the service and the food is very important to the staff, and they always listen to suggestions. If you are in Kasese, you have to visit Sandton, if only for a coffee (the barista is amazing!)
