Basic amenities like wash basin, shower, toilet are not working properly. No continuous hot water, door locks are not working. A/c making loud noise, and remote not working.

Like always this time also room was clean. Staff is very friendly. Mostly food was tasty. This hotel near to main road and easily able to locate it. No issues in ac or tv etc

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a deeply disappointing experience. To start with, the roadside parking was a nightmare. The lack of proper parking facilities made it extremely inconvenient and unsafe to leave our vehicle. The rooms were awful—nothing like what was advertised. They were poorly maintained, with outdated furniture, dingy lighting, and an overall sense of neglect. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as we found several issues that made our stay uncomfortable. To top it off, the service was terrible. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns and requests. It felt like we were more of a burden than guests. Simple tasks took forever, and there was a general lack of hospitality that you would expect from any decent hotel. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. There are plenty of other options that offer better value for your money.

Good location. Restaurant attached, but no breakfast or lunch, only dinner. Tasty and good food. In about 5 mins walk you get Udupi hotel with good breakfast. This hotel room is very poorly maintained. Rattling AC. TV not working. Dirty linens. Stained walls, torn, stained shower curtain. Stained wash basin etc. No parking... Wrongly claimed as free parking. Have to park on main road side.
