Do not book with this company! We booked both house of loft affair and bogoria and both bookings were cancelled less than 6 weeks before travelling. We were offered an alternative then they cancelled that too. I have disability requirements so when using filters, 98% of accommodations are now booked up unless we pay double. I am in disbelief that they have cancelled 3 bookings, beware!

Disgusting place to stay please avoid!!!! We stayed there for 2 nights so we could be in Krakow for NYE after spending an amazing 4 days in Zakopane. As soon as we arrived into the room there was a smell like something had died in the bathroom!! We had to open all the windows in minus temperature conditions and also having a 3 year old and 9 year old. It was disgusting getting a shower, using the toilet or even brushing yoir teeth. We had to put damp towels over all the plug holes to limit the smell. On our second day part of the ceiling in the bathroom actually fell through. We tried to make contact with the hotel and nobody ever picked up the phone. We also sent emails and pictures and eventually got a response saying sorry for the inconvenience we will give you 15% off on your next stay!! The place needs knocking down so all please stay away

We booked four nights in castle view apartment at Bogoria Residence. First night was fine, although we did notice that the bathroom ceiling had four of the six spotlights not working, so it was very dark but also, the ceiling was very stained. The next day, luckily, we happened to come back to the apartment in the afternoon. Water was pouring through the bathroom ceiling from the apartment above. We called the emergency number - no reply. We eventually managed to contact management company, who sent a technician. We waited 1.5 hrs for him to arrive - wasting our precious 3 days in Krakow. He advised us that the jacuzzi bath in above apartment had flooded through and not to worry, he would fix the issue. At midnight the same night, we awoken to the noise of a horrendous leak through the bathroom ceiling again - ten times worse than previous leak. Water was pouring through electrics and lights were flashing on and off. We managed to contact property who were less than helpful. We ended up having to move to temporary apartments TWICE at 1.00am. We requested a call first thing next day from Manager, which we didn't receive - we had to call again. We were then offered an alternative apartment in another apartment block. We purposely booked Bogoria Residence due to it having a lift (I have walking difficulties). This new apartment had no accessible lift to the floor that the apartment was on, but there was no alternative offered. We eventually finished moving into FOURTH apartment at 1.00pm - another half day of our short break wasted. We were unable to go on a planned trip to Zakopan due to all of this and our trip to Krakow was ultimately, ruined. We eventually managed to get a partial refund for the stay (prompted only by ***********) upon our return, but this did not compensate for a completely ruined trip and waste of flights. This clearly was not the first time that this leak has occurred, judging by the water stains in the bathroom ceiling on our arrival. I am sure that the poor guests put in that room after us would have experienced the same issue. I would definitely not recommend this property, nor any managed by Loft Affair. They are completely uninterested and have absolutely no customer service or care. The huge reception area in the apartment block of Bogoria is a complete joke, as there was nobody there for the whole time. We didn't see anyone at neither apartment blocks during our four days, not even a cleaner. We could have stayed in a four star hotel in Krakow old town for the same price. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very clean, comfy bed and sofabed, ideal equipment e.g. cutlery, kettle.
The shower leaked unfortunately, it did not meet in the middle and also leaked at the side, these were both because one of the doors wasn't attached properly! However, we found a cleaner and she was realky helpful snd ptovided s mop and bucket and extra towels.
On arrival we couldn't find the bedding for the sofabed, called the phone number and the petson who answered was really helpful.
However, overall a great stay!

Positives - Lovely spacious apartment. Immaculately clean, lush smelt in the building entrance, excellent location between the old town & Jewish quarter. (Although spent majority of our time in the Old Town - more going on!) ‘open plan’ space worked well for us 3 adults with a bed each. Lots of nice little touches with toiletries, coffee pods, even some earl grey teabags!, & small fridge. Owner responded quickly to messages/questions. Only negatives for us were that the Wi-Fi only worked in one end of the room & the view was a big grim, overlooking a brick wall & downwards onto glass roofed storage area. (Delux Apartment room 104) & had to make own sofa beds up. Not quite as polished as the pictures suggest but would I book again? At the right price, absolutely.

The airconditioning was broken during high 20’s temperatures, the apartment felt like a dream
Room. which I then spent 2 days communicating with the apartment staff to get fixed.
In the end they said they couldn’t fix it so I said we need to move as cannot stay a week like that, and that id like to get a refund for the time not used and for not having aircon. I am still waiting for the manager to respond, and they told me that by law they can take up to 14 days to reply to me. What a lame attitude and unpleasant holiday experience.
Go somewhere where there care more about their customers. I’m still waiting for their previous manager to respond and give us a refund

Do not recommend. While the price, condition, and location were good, I would recommend against staying here. We literally saw no one at this hotel - no other guests, no one that works there, it was even dark in the stairs. Creepy. We stayed 4 days, no fresh towels, no trash collection, and no one to ask for assistance. Just dark halls and an empty building. We also had a problem with our reservation, it took nearly 2 days to reach a manager via text messages and he was of no help. Yes, it was reasonably priced and the room was nice enough, but would definitely not recommend.
