1. We have booked a suite room but they told us that suite room will take more time to get ready and provided us with semi-suite room. 2. We have ordered food from the restaurant at 8pm and they woke us up at late midnight for paying the food bill either the same time they should have asked to pay or wait till morning to pay. 3. They have not provided us any amenities which we are eligible for the suite room instead they asked us to pay for the mineral water which was complimentary with the room. 4. The behaviour of the staff was very bad especially the front office staff. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. This hotel is a complete scam.

"during my recent stay at hotel mari aai, i had a fairly good experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room interior is not so good. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay. In summary, hotel mari aai provided a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement in terms of amenities, interior design and noise isolation. I would consider staying here again, depending on my needs for future trips"

Stained bed sheets and rooms services was pathetic. We have to buy our own kettel and tea mixture to prepare tea. Food services are also not there hence. Need to go out to have food. The staff was bit rude we asked for room change he did however continuously asked
to upgrade

We traveled with group and stayed for a night. Stay was decent, but please confirm your online bookings. We faced issues while checking in as information was not available to the staff.
我住得很愉快。员工都很乐于助人。房间空调很给力，网速也超快。价格不贵，符合我的预期。
出差住了四天，员工们都非常友善。就是卫生方面还需要再加强一下。
