Our room was very clean and fully stocked. The staff was extremely excellent! Brittany, you customer service was outstanding!! You don't find that type of customer service as such anymore. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel and will be my 2nd home when I visit York!!!

We enjoy staying here when we visit York. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms well-appointed and very clean, and the location is central to most of what and who we come to visit.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing but spectacular. We were in town for a funeral and the front desk attendant was great.

Very nice! Rooftop bar was great feature. History of property. Room clean, beds comfortable. The location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants/bars and The Strand/Appell theatre!

Room was spacious, clean, well – lit and nicely furnished. Bathroom was especially nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the old features that were retained from the original building – – elevator, marble floors, etc.

What a beautiful, historic hotel. The rooftop lounge is an excellent spot with beautiful views and it’s within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We loved our stay.
