酒店回复: Salve Sig…… siamo stupiti da tante bugie tutte insieme,i tanti anni di attività dimostrano l’esatto contrario di ciò che lei dice,é stato accolto con pazienza e cordialità da parte nostra ,nonostante le continue richieste da parte sua, ha soggiornato in una camera King che corrisponde esattamente alle foto presenti sul sito ,ha dormito su un letto nuovo in pelle con struttura sottostante per niente cingolante,abbiamo assecondato ogni sua richiesta ( soprattutto quelle di sua moglie) giustificando il tutto dalla vostra veneranda età, ma tante bugie non possiamo accettarle ,non proponiamo prodotti scadenti ai nostri clienti,ed abbiamo docce nuove di ultima generazione ( probabilmente è proprio questo il suo problema) ,concludo dicendole che non è onorevole che una persona adulta offenda e menta gratuitamente,chi con onestà e devozione fa il proprio lavoro nonostante tutto….. spero vivamente lei possa imparare a confrontarsi con sincerità,con la consapevolezza che al peggio non c’è mai fine
I booked a room, I contact them to let them know that my arrival could be late. They told me that they were charging an extra after 20, but after that message they told me that they had not staff to do a lat check in. As I was arriving later than 20 at Napoli, I asked about the possibility to change my date and they refused it. Result: I lost my money.

我因为工作原因去了 B&B Brothers 套房。受到的欢迎非常好。我发现一切都符合约定，房间很棒，浴室干净整洁，设施齐全，床也很棒。自助早餐有很多东西可供选择，由友善而友好的工作人员提供。我还收到了店主关于在一家出色的比萨店用餐的极好的建议。我会回到那里并将其作为我去那不勒斯工作旅行的参考点，我也会和我的家人一起度过一个愉快的假期。
我们在八月的第一周入住。结构非常漂亮，位置优越。工作人员资质无可挑剔，总是友善且乐于助人，他们的专业精神、对每一个细节的关注以及一切都是为了满足客户而创造的感觉让我们惊叹不已，非常干净房间设施齐全。欢迎兄弟开关酒店，我的判断值得满分绝对值得推荐
广告照片很吸引人，位于那不勒斯一个非常美丽的地方，但这就是这家民宿的美丽之处。浴室没有坐浴盆，淋浴喷头不起作用（只有手持喷雾器）。房间里有一张吱吱作响的床，一侧有抽屉的床头柜，另一侧有一张小桌子，衣柜里有干洗店的金属衣架（破旧）。早餐提供折扣产品。超过5天，2次酸奶发霉。到达后，他们会要求余额（也许意识到这会让你想要逃跑。因为它有同情心，当然不是那不勒斯人的同情心。
七月的最后一周，我们住在这家美丽的住宿加早餐酒店。一个迷人的地方，维护得很好。乐于助人的员工，绝对的友善使其独一无二。业主对管理的关心让我们有宾至如归的感觉
