Regarding the extra blanket:We did run out of blankets that day, and our front desk staff needed to collect some from a nearby hotel. Although we arranged this for you as soon as possible, the misunderstanding was caused by our inadequate communication and poor service attitude. Regarding the parking space:Our online listing clearly states that parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. When you arrived late, all on-site parking was full, so we offered you a nearby legal parking option. However, our communication was blunt and made you feel disrespected, for which we offer our deepest apologies. Your comments are fair and constructive.
