I had a really bad experience with this place. The owner was super rude and I can't recommend it to anyone. So, I booked a room and asked if they could store one or 2 days before my arrival my dialysis liquid for me. They said yes, no problem. I organised all And liquids was ready to sent, I sent them all the details and my doctor's letters ( to confirm is a medicine not uknow substances), they changed their minds and said they didn't want to store my medicine. It was too late for me to reorganize the delivery of my medicine, so I had to cancel my whole holiday. And the owner didn't even care. No empathy at all. BTW that was only 5 box's of liquids.

The hotel is conveniently located if arriving late to Olbia and wanting to travel to the west. It's only 5-10 min drive from the airport and close to the main roads to the west. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, we also had a nice balcony. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel. There is a sign on the road, which states accommodation / rooms, but the name Piazzetta is not visible on the sign. Since the building is actually a apartment building and the guesthouse only occupies one of the floors, it can easily be a bit confusing. At the doorway (when you find it) there is a sign stating Guesthouse Piazzetta. Check in is via a mobile phone. Even though the instructions were good, we had some challenges to open the door. Maybe it was because of our mobile phone or we did not understand the instructions. In any case, Antonio was friendly and helped us also later in the evening when we returned from our dinner and the mobile app did not respond to our tries to open the door. You can pay the room at the cafe on the street level (if the cafe is open) or by credit card. This needs to be agreed with Antonio beforehand. Giving only 3 stars, because of the challenges to open the door, although I acknowledge it could be our own fault that we just did not understand how to operate the application. Otherwise as said, the room was good, the location was perfect for us for a one night stay (and there is also a very nice pizzeria just 100 meters from the hotel).

我因为工作而住在这栋舒适大楼的一间房间里，我真的很喜欢它！房间宽敞、干净、新、家具齐全。安东尼奥的礼貌和可用性并没有被忽视！我强烈推荐它！
组织良好的宾馆。对于摩托车旅行者来说，我们可以享受提前入住、摩托车停车场和美丽、宽敞、干净的房间。店主是一个善良且乐于助人的人。通过智能手机访问。绝对推荐
