Our experiance about this hotel staying one week was quite the opposite what we expected reading other reviews and their website.. We almost think we ended up on different property. First of all, the place was far from being quiet, but full of noise and screaming from package tourists changing every second day, on the top really annoying music playing the whole day from all the loudspeakers, no way you can hear the birds they promote.. Besides the beach, there is nothing to do in the property, we really wonder what they are talking about on their website. Some neophyte untrained staff at the reception even forbid us to use beach towel on the beach, we wonder what it can be used for at the property, there is no pool or spa! We tried to enter the breakfast hall only the first day and we gave up, as there was no one table cleaned, but all full of dirty plates and no personel there to serve anyway.. They try to promote no plastic at the property which is good, but there are tons of it just on the beach infront of the hotel and all over, noone even think of cleaning it..,so the location we came for, lost the meaning. We could go on, but this should enough for you the get the real picture..

1) Overall good stay, good wooden room, view and balcomy was good at 1st floor 2) Bang on at Sitapur beach, good for sunrise view 3) Food was good, we had veg dinner and buffet also had lot of variety 4) Staff was helpful, check in and check out process was quick 5) Restaurent staff was helpful and able to do quick service for room dining Other feedback to consider 1) Bathroom taps and fixtures are ageing 2) Network is only BSNL, hotel staff will help in calling 3) Location is Sitapur beach which is other side of Neil island hence please book taxi/auto for commute. overall we got a good deal from MMT and happy with services

It is a very comfortable place to stay. Has separated cottages with balconies. It is a very nice property. It has no pool but it is right on the sithapur beach. It is an amazing sunrise point. Food was good and the staff were very kind. It is away from the busy streets of the island but every attraction is a drive away.

The location of TSG takes the cake! You have access to an almost private beach, I saw almost because most of the crowd is on the other side of the island. Opposite the property, you have access to a beach where you will witness one of the most beautiful sunrise. Plus, the rooms are affordable for the overall stay.

Average stay but probably good for availability of properties in Neil Island.Rooms are cottage style and mostly very stuffy with no windows & minimal natural light entering the rooms, some guests may even find them gloomy however you get good quality sleep at night.Service is okay okay. Connected to Sitapur Beach however the beach is not very swim friendly so if you are looking for swim friendly beach near your hotel stay somewhere near Bharatpur Beach that's the only swimmable beach in Neil Island. The rooms seemed pretty much stuffy and they have problematic WiFi service, if you have pending work to do on your vacation, this stay is gonna put you in trouble and staffs are not very trained in problem resolution.

It was a wonderful stay and the staff is very supportive. The property is on sitapur beach that has a beautiful sunrise. Location provides a serene experience. Food at their restaurant is also good though we did ala carte
