Staff is so friendly specially i would recommend the restaurant manager Sudipta and the other staff member vidya is so friendly and helpful while serving the food . Always make sure everyone gets happiness over there.

Ambience is nice, Vidya was nice at handling Restaurant and asked politely for any issues, and serving. Overall good food and ambience.

很不幸，尽管我们预订的是高级套房，但住宿期间还是遇到了一些问题：
* 没有生啤供应。
* 虾肉咖喱是用变质的椰子做的。
* 淋浴水压很小，只能提供水桶来洗澡。
* 洗浴用品质量很差（没有提供棉签）。
* 退房时，酒店额外收取了9岁儿童的住宿费，而这笔费用在办理入住时并未提及。
一切都很好，游泳池、接待处、水疗中心、免费停车场、清洁度以及凌晨 3 点为您开门的保安工作人员的友善。几乎没有宫殿有乐于助人和细心的工作人员在凌晨 3 点推门并再次打开！什么服务。餐厅的饭菜非常好。感谢餐厅的 Sanjib、Ranju 和 Sanju，他们总是面带微笑地提供最好的服务。真的很棒，它让你想住在那里。不远处还有一家商店，步行即可到达，一家以非常优惠的价格和质量销售所有国际品牌产品的酒类商店，一家超级专业的纹身店。这是我们在 RCI 度过的最美好的一周之一。
