Very disappointing experience at the restaurant in Therma Eco Village, Kranevo. The F&B manager lacked professionalism and leadership — service was chaotic, and staff were often inattentive and rude. The overall atmosphere felt careless, not what you’d expect from a resort of this category. Sadly, poor management overshadowed what could have been a pleasant visit.

Need maintenance and better care

If you speak English is bad when doing the check in or basically asking any question, so try any other language, then they treat you good.

Room was ok and regularly cleaned but it does need maintenance, is kind of old. Bathroom was excellent.

Very good location and safe. The pool and playgrounds are really not good, same goes for the restaurants. And the food in the breakfast is also not great. It’s ok if you don’t have any expectation. Two days in a row I found small bugs just walking around the table and the personnel didn’t really care about it.

Not really sure why it has such a high star rating.

Hygiene is unacceptable – rooms are only superficially cleaned, and cleanliness is lacking in the restaurant and around the pools as well. The worst part was seeing cockroaches several times – even around the bread and children’s highchairs. When we reported this to the manager, instead of assuring us that action would be taken, we were offered a “gift” in the room. The food was okay but lacked variety and was often repetitive. The only thing that truly matches a 5-star standard is the 24-hour reception. It’s clear that the staff are not to blame – the issue lies with the management. The hotel definitely did not meet expectations.

We had for a family vacation and had great time. The hotel was clean and the rooms with The frozen theme were great touch for the lids, which enjoyed them a lot. The staff were great and very helpful. The animation team was the best and we had lots of fun with them. All the different evenings made the stay full of fun without even the need to leave the resort. Overall have amazing time and the little ones told us next year we don’t even think to go somewhere else or for less than double the time. The water slides , the beach nearby …

Horribble amd dirty! The room we stayed in was really dirty. The stairs in the room were very dusty and the bathroom had mold in it. The beach on the other hand was really ok. Moving on we went bowling and the bowling alley was acceptable because the points were not counted by the mashine. Another aspect i would recommend checking is the vatican restaurant because we wnated to eat at a certain time and the waiters said that we can only eat there if we pay. The program of the restaurant or the kitchen was not written anywhere. If you go at the right time to the restaurant you can eat some really good food even tho there are not many options. Not to mention the dirty blankets that had blood stains on them.

Our stay at Eko Therma Village was truly special, thanks to the amazing entertainment team. They made my nephew’s experience magical with fun activities, creative arts and crafts, and exciting games that he loved and couldn’t stop talk about it. The entire entertainment program was fantastic, with something for everyone, The team’s warmth and enthusiasm made our vacation unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
