My family accepts this hotel (despite its ample warts -- worn-out rooms, adjacent super-noisy freight train tracks) because its 2 bedroom suite works well for the size of our group. We recently booked a fully-prepaid night in this property, in a 2 bedroom suite. But when we arrived, the hotel had assigned all of its 2 bedroom suites to others. They downgraded us to a regular room with no refund -- and when we pursued a credit card chargeback, they had the gall to say no refund was payable. They did not reply to the Oregon Attorney General's consumer protection team. We may have to pursue small claims court. Ridiculous. Look elsewhere. In all our hotels around the country and around the world, we have never seen a hotel so slow to admit its error and provide a refund to which customers are obviously entitled.

Furniture in room is warn out from years of use, not like the photos. Air conditioner was noisy and right beside the bed. 2 Soap bars and one shampoo were provided. No cups, no coffee for the coffee marker. Police were on site that night. I don't think that was common, but it was unusual. One pillow each for the bed. Fridge freezer was small and totally iced up. Never going back.

Rooms seemed a little dated, it seems as though majority of the rooms were the owners family staying there and they had no trundle due to the family using all the extra accessories.
