Regarding the deposit, this is collected to cover any additional food and beverage charges during the stay, as many guests do enjoy dining in the hotel. On breakfast, we offer a wide selection beyond Indian cuisine, including Thai, Western, Chinese (such as noodles, dim sum, bao, porridge), Arabic, and more. We wish you could have let us know at the time so we could better assist with your preferences. For transportation, the complimentary shuttle service runs at fixed times between the resort and Kata Beach as many guests rely on this. Extending beyond the beach route would impact this service; however, local taxis are readily available in front of the hotel for other destinations. 在一个大山坡上面的酒店，建议开车或者打车去，下坡后离卡塔沙滩很近，酒店也有接驳巴士。早餐丰富，上了一次烹饪课，酒店厨师非常nice，有时候看到他在厨房做饭会觉得饭变得更好吃了。酒店有可以托管孩子的kids club也有个新的儿童乐园，只是儿童乐园位置在前台上1楼，回房间是电梯去2楼，直到走的时候才发现有个儿童乐园可以玩。kids club可以通过参加收集盖章，玩VR、烹饪课、瑜伽课等做完就可以领取一个小礼物，孩子为了礼物兴致勃勃的参加活动。儿童节目丰富，适合带着孩子的家庭。唯一的缺点就是房间太过于潮湿，空调怎么调节都没用，地面因为潮湿变得很冰，没办法不穿鞋站在上面，冰箱外的水也在提醒你房间的湿度。

坡真的很大，常年运动的人都觉得累，尤其玩儿了一天后。（接驳车时间固定，只往返沙滩酒店，你去别的地方回来就要步走上坡了…）
房间非常非常潮湿，开20度冷气，洗了澡地砖和玻璃就都是水汽，一晚上散不掉。 床垫有的房间是塌的，被子很潮湿，两个人捂一晚上都没干… 吹风机很老，短发女生都吹好久。
泳池水不干净，游了一小时，起了一腿疙瘩。带孩子的话也没什么玩的。
早餐一般很一般很印度。
电梯还在修，腿脚不便的，推孩子的，上楼估计费劲。
各种店都得下大坡才能到，很影响积极性。
还要押金，真不知道这种配套的房间，客人能损坏啥
我们在这家酒店的体验不太成功，首先是沟通方面。我们打了三次电话，确认了预订号，一切都核对无误，但他们还是没有像约定那样到码头接我们。
房间非常潮湿，如果我们把空调开得很冷，房间就会干一些，但那样就太冷了，待不住。
房间也不是很干净。
客房服务没有把清洁工作做彻底。
泳池水很浑浊，而且对于酒店提供的房间数量来说，设施显得太小了。
有几位员工人很好，也很有礼貌。
酒店看起来很漂亮，但整体表现令人失望。
先写优点：泳池挺大挺舒服的，员工也很友好，很积极响应，离悬崖餐厅非常近，往山上走三四分钟就可以自由选择三家悬崖餐厅，我们分别傍晚和一早去了blanket pillow和commune两家，觉得各有特色都很喜欢。还有山脚下shuttle bus停靠对面有一家blue beach reataurant非常推荐，去吃了好几次，葱炒螃蟹，炸鱼，菠萝饭，随便点都很美味，性价比非常高。对了早餐的小的那种水果杯很好吃。按摩有中午前双人优惠，试了一下也很不错。
再写下缺点：住在四楼不知为什么房间还是很潮，要开22度空调才行。然后房间只有夹指拖，很不习惯，牙刷牙膏和沐浴洗发水的质量也比较一般。
中性：门口那个坡确实比想象陡峭，但对我家影响不大，上下走走或者搭没半小时就有的shuttle bus完全没有问题。
还有一点，就是预定沙发床要用的记得要提前打招呼，不然很可能就是没铺过的沙发状态，需要临时送过来床上用品和铺床，对我们这样半夜才到酒店的就会需要一点等待时间

这个酒店强烈推荐给大家，服务人员热情，有几位会前台中文也很和善，ALON给我们升级到了最好的套房，房间很大，设施也可以。配件齐全档次高，早餐自助丰富每隔一天换一次菜品。唯一不方便就是门口去kata海滩有个大坡，走上来非常累。班车每小时一次。
刚开始安排了最后的二间房，房间地板十分潮湿，感觉被子都是湿湿的，开了空调还是一滩的水，后来酒店也积极解决事情，换了靠近电梯的中间位置房间，稍微好点，但莫名地潮湿。
酒店在沙滩上的高地，风景很漂亮，可以直接看到整个卡塔海滩，视野非常好。离网红悬崖餐厅就200多米，非常不错。酒店工作人员服务非常好，有中文服务，接待妹妹很热情周到。
房间都非常安静，空气很好，房间空调制冷效果好，而且比较安静，房间很舒服。酒店早餐非常丰富，有几十种。酒店服务整体感觉非常不错，门口接待员也很有礼貌，愉快的入住体验。
酒店面积不大，一共两栋楼两个泳池一个餐厅。儿童泳池小朋友非常喜欢，有一个水滑梯，小朋友玩的很开心，泳池旁有各种动物造型的花洒，再旁边是滑梯和挖沙区。餐厅最里面还有儿童游乐区，里面有图书，各种玩具，还播放动画片。工作人员尤其是礼宾部和穿梭巴士的司机都非常友善和热情，让人感觉很舒服和亲切。房间面积大，比较安静，有小朋友可以睡的沙发床，被品很舒适。酒店在山坡上，每个整点和半点有班车去海滩，10分钟后返回酒店，非常方便，体力好的也可以自己上下山，步行到沙滩10分钟路程，海滩水质清澈，沙子很细。而且在山上没有洪涝和海啸的风险，其实算是优点。周围饭店很多，很便利，口味价格都不踩雷。住客以带小朋友的家庭为主，基本没有中国人，住客素质都蛮好的。不足的地方是餐厅早餐很一般，没有护发素，卫生间地很湿不容易干。整体住的很满意！
