酒店环境很好。融入自然环境很漂亮。
配套也很齐全,沙滩游泳池,台球,乒乓球一应俱全。小孩玩的也很开心。
两点不足:
房间环境很好。唯一的缺点就是有点潮,感觉房间里面的水气干不了。床和被子也有点潮。
位置有点偏,周边没有吃饭的地方,打的去了镇上也不够热闹。
酒店的景色相当不错,但整体设施非常陈旧。地理位置也不太方便,走到镇上大约需要15分钟,附近步行距离内也没有便利店。
浴室让人失望:墙壁发霉,地板有凹痕,水流非常小。即使向前台反映了问题,也没有任何改善。
很遗憾,这家酒店没有达到我的期望。希望酒店能认真考虑升级和维护他们的设施。
首先呢,这个酒店2:30了还不给入住,非得等到3:00以后才能入住,但是酒店呢,并不是注满的状况!其次,他的按摩贵的要死,接近400块钱,一个人,洗个头发300多,然后呢,一点都不专业,那个洗发师带着美甲洗得疼得要死,那个水一会热,一会冷300块钱就这个服务吗?第一次见带着美甲给客人洗头的?最后他那个餐食花了400多一位订的,然后也不给退,根本就没有吃太垃圾了,整个餐厅一个人都没有。如果我吃了你不给我退,我可以理解,但是我没有吃,你也不给我退,请问你的损失在哪里?还一分钱都不退?国的威斯汀这么拽的吗?这样子做下去会没有生意的哟,老板重视一下吧。晚餐卷退房的时候退回去还拍了照片。

斯攀瓦威斯汀酒店的服务总是非常棒,员工们都非常友善和乐于助人,考虑周到。酒店房间干净整洁,是个非常适合入住的好地方。
工作人员非常出色。是寻求宁静假期的完美度假村。
先说优点:酒店环境我指自然这部分还是不错的,看到蜥蜴在酒店闲逛,沙滩上寄居蟹泛滥,每一间都是海景房。
再说缺点:
1.海滩都是贝壳碎粒,赤脚下去很痛,以至于都不再次去沙滩,孩子不推荐来,危险。
2.背对酒店面向海,左边海水脏的就像下水道的污水,右边海水还行,总体来说体验感非常差。
3.酒店没有中文服务,英语差的小伙伴注意了,因为酒店来回要叫棒球车接送的,走路很远而且上下坡,所以不要试图用肢体语言或者一点英语沟通,因为电话那头可能不明白。
4.酒店延迟退房服务没有,不知道其他人有没有。
5.酒店出去很荒凉,两公里内没有7-11,不要试图走出去买东西。
总结:为什么会订这么远及小众沙滩,因为相信大品牌酒店的位置和私密,之前去苏梅岛的洲际酒店也是这样,但是很惊艳,很推荐。这次想肯定也是这样的环境,结果一塌糊涂,关键海也不行,那么偏远,海水一塌糊涂。本来也不想评论的,但是还是忍不住。希望可以帮助到大家
设施:不愧是五星级的,设施很全,房间布置也很有档次,有三个大的公共游泳池,运气好没人的话可以独享,对于中国人来说早餐有点简单,有面包牛奶果汁水果炒饭香肠什么的,不过我觉得这个早餐俩百人民币有点不值,环境的话可以看到海,但是酒店旁边的沙滩一般
这家酒店景色很美,安静宜人,非常适合情侣来放松心情。虽然整体风格有些复古,但依然很有格调。房间很干净,私人泳池真的很棒,不过有些家具看着有点旧了。
工作人员都非常友善,服务也很好。早餐选择很多,但味道比较普通。总的来说,我还是很满意的。如果你想找个清净不吵闹的地方放松,这里绝对是理想之选。
