海景房有阳台，晾衣架，坐在阳台看日落很惬意，晚风凉爽。酒店环境优美，前后门都有餐厅，后门大排档，前门有几家不错的餐厅还有7-11，水果店在便利店旁边，生活很便利。最喜欢游泳池，孩子们都玩不腻。
环境：因为我们是先在铂尔曼住了三天再换过来的，酒店整体环境相比铂尔曼有更多的植被覆盖，更原生态和有设计感。
设施：泳池总得来说小一些，有三个泳池，主泳池比较浅有一个中心吧台，椰林泳池水深3米适合游泳。早餐选择比较多，更多的座位在室外。房间设施一般，卫生间水压比较小，优点是水温温度。空调的温度调节像摆设一样，无论调多少度都很冷。房间阳台比较小，提供可以带出去的浴巾这点好评。
服务：这家酒店的员工大部分都有点歧视中国游客，无论是前台人员还是餐厅人员。我们在前台两次存取行李，都是反复询问多次依然没人帮我们找行李，并且第一次安排的房间跟隔壁房间有一道共用的门，晚上隔壁客人入住反复敲打那扇门吵醒我们，而酒店入住前并没有告知我们有共用门的问题，在我们反复要求之后答应换房间，但必须12点退房后15点才能入住新的房间。再说早餐的问题，我们特意坐在早餐餐厅入口处观察过，入口负责接待的服务员会检查每一个中国游客的房卡并核对，而对欧美长相的游客直接放行，赤裸裸的歧视。
总得来说这家酒店如果是淡季几百块钱的房价还可以住住，一两千就算了吧花钱买气受。
旺季不太适合来普吉，这价格感觉淡季来能订到更好的房型。设施确实老旧，房间带独立小院，私密性算是好的，但开门的同时容易混进蚊子。酒店地理位置还不错，后门出去就是卡伦海滩，附近吃的店也不少，适合在沙滩或酒店躺平，不适合跳岛特种兵。
酒店位置就在海边 后门出去就是卡伦海滩 但是酒店真的好大 一开始前台给的房间位置很差距离电梯又远 阳台视野又差 要求前台重新安排一个房间 最后安排的4022 阳台视野如图
太爱酒店的早餐了！！！！每天早晨必吃一碗粉两个蛋，饮品也都不错，水果一般 除了西瓜木瓜都不甜，早餐种类丰富，服务人员微笑服务，入住未收取押金，酒店后门就是卡伦海滩，前门就是热门餐厅Vsteaks，前后门都有马杀鸡和7-11，酒店后门的大排档味道也不错，周围交通便利
超出预期，套间非常大，干净卫生，安静，酒店外部环境非常有东南亚风情，有三个泳池，大泳池中央有吧台，音乐也不错，游泳游累了点杯鸡尾酒感觉超棒，出门隔条马路就是卡伦海滩，服务人员态度都非常友善，和网上个别评价完全不同，好与不好真需要自己亲身感受，不要被一些矫情的人带偏
如网友所说水质确实不太好，建议自备过滤花洒，洗一次澡滤芯就快黑了。酒店整体还是不错的，没有遇到网友说的歧视国人的情况，给的房间也不错，可以看到海。酒店位置不错，走出酒店过个马路就是卡伦海滩。
这可能是我这十年住过的3000以上的酒店中最差的一间.
1. 房间陈旧+霉味很可怕. 如图，浴室的花洒都是黑泥，洗手台下水困难，下水速度非常慢，马桶漏水，浴室脏或者旧，没办法光脚踩进去.我发图片给朋友，他们以为我住的招待所.
2. 没有一次性拖鞋 也没有儿童拖鞋，也没有免费的饮用水，酒店的水50株一瓶，不知道为啥这么抠. 然后我们就去门口711买水回来，巨大一带东西很重，到酒店门口提出能否用buggy送我们回房间，回复说不行，buggy只接送checkin的人.
3. 早餐是不错的，唯一好评的地方. 住了两晚花了6000多的冤种现在到了另一个知名的五星酒店，2晚价格5800，结果房间巨好，设施巨好！原来不是因为旺季贵，纯粹paradox就是差！
海景房就是楼层高一点而已，房型和那个高级大床房一模一样，酒店有两个会说中文的前台，地理位置很方便，推荐
海边的酒店就不能要求人家又是地毯又是木制装潢了，毕竟防潮防霉才是关键啊。
酒店很干净，app上预约打扫非常方便，床品和其他设施干净整洁，白天忘在床上的睡衣被服务人员叠得很整齐，而且只要遇到了他们的服务员都会笑脸相迎说萨瓦迪卡。
位置挺不错的，建筑风格很有意思外面看像沙丘之城，里面又是椰林树影。
我们住得很不错，要是酒店能直接提供牙刷就更好了，我们从app上叫了客房服务，辛苦服务人员跑上来送了一趟。
