Absolutely horrible. Very dirty. Cracked electric wall outlets. Musty smell. Bathroom was atrocious sheet rock stained and crumbling had to cancel and get a refund and seek a room elsewhere

The people were very nice but this is not a good part of town. The room was sparse but clean however the shower was like a cave and in bad shape and I would not use it. Two small bars of soap were the only toiletries offered. Pillows very thin, bed OK. Parking area had a lot of loose trash in it.

Mena and her office staff are always nice and helpful. The 2 housekeepers they have are absolutely amazing and such sweethearts along with being very hard working. If your looking for a place to stay visiting San Antonio or just passing through def stay here. They are dog friendly.

I Seen cockroaches on the floor. the bathroom door had a big hole on it. The door didn’t close properly overall will never stay here again.
