酒店离机场很近，大概4公里，到镇子上8公里。酒店整体环境不错，沙滩，泳池，大海，日出。房间内设施一般，国内快捷酒店水平。一日三餐很好，中间还有小食茶歇，早餐最丰富，晚上还有演出。住几天放松一下挺好。从国内来有点折腾，从出发到入住超过24小时。
环境很舒服，里面的服务人员比较周到，有礼貌。
适合长时间度假
没有歧视中国人的现象 碰到的所有的工作人员都很好 提前两三个小时到了也直接让入住了 没有小孩子一点都不吵闹 很惬意 很漂亮 中国人不多
酒店前台态度非常恶劣，告诉我们房间都满了，但实际上明明有很多空房间。他们就是想多赚钱，根本不顾及中国顾客。我以后再也不会来了，也不推荐给任何人。体验感很差，去了告诉我们满房，两个房间都不给找，加价定给了外国人，让我们去隔壁酒店，前台粗鲁，不建议来。
提前半个月订的，就是为了宰牲节假期去玩，结果高价定给了别人，完全无视我们通过携程的预定。酒店很小，不如隔壁white beach，而且健身房员工，前台，都很粗鲁，素质低下。
我们度过了一个非常愉快的假期，装修一流，食物美味，海滩设施也很棒。人不多，很安静，一点也不吵。唯一遗憾的是，我们没能用优惠券去SPA，因为需要提前两天预约，而我们只住了1.5天。我还特意要求了两张单人床，但房间里却是一张巨大的床——非常不舒服，当另一个人在睡觉时翻身，所有的震动都会传给另一个人……我们根本没法睡好。其他一切都很好。
海边没有珊瑚礁和鱼。我们之前不知道，本来想浮潜的……如果这对您很重要，请注意，这里没有鱼。
酒店在埃及相对比较新，这次入住还是蛮超预期的，酒店有5个泳池，其中一个是加热泳池，在20几度的赫尔格达还是很舒服。做为一个全包酒店，餐食很丰富，除了早餐，随时可以吃到现烤的pizza和现场做的意面。入住期间还吃到现烤的羊腿，大虾和鱼。酒店海滩看红海也很美。晚上还有现场演出，虽然躺平酒店，也不乏味。
先说结论：这家酒店很值得，服务很好。下次埃及之旅，我还会来。
再说细节
餐食方面：三餐都有很多选择，尤其是晚餐，还有亚洲餐厅可选。我们两个重庆人都吃的很适应，而且很舒服。没有像泰国旅行一样拉肚子。
住宿方面：房间很干净，很大，直接对着中庭泳池。侧面就是大海。很好。
海景方面： 唯美的红海，很安静，很美，果冻状海面随处可见。
服务方面： 完全没看到有任何工作人员歧视的现象出现。甚至他们很欢迎中国人。由于我们的司机会来的比较晚，还帮我们免费延迟退房了2个小时。
我从未体验过如此美妙的酒店。
尽管我在朋友生日前夕才告知酒店，他们仍然为我们准备了精美的蛋糕、餐盘和花瓣。此外，办理退房后，酒店还允许我们使用淋浴设施冲洗浮潜后的身体，并提供了热饮，这让我深切感受到了他们周到的待客之道。除了美丽的景色，所有员工都非常友善，营造了一个令人放松的空间和时光。入住这家酒店让我爱上了埃及和埃及人民。
这真是一家我强烈推荐的酒店，甚至想把它推荐给我最亲近的人。我确信，如果您来赫尔格达，这里是您的最佳选择。非常感谢大家！
