国庆来清迈选择了清迈香格里拉,从check in到check out全程优质体验。酒店设施虽然有一些些年份,但并不影响使用和体验,能够保证五星级酒店的品质,早餐比较丰富,服务也很热情周到。房间干净卫生,大床也很舒服。还有11楼行政俱乐部Hirizon Club的下午茶和傍晚酒水小食都很棒,酒店贴心赠送每天1000泰铢的消费金额,最后没有用完,前台还贴心的告知额度还有,可以继续在酒店餐饮使用后再退房。很棒的体验,下次清迈还会选择香格里拉。
这如果是国内我肯定打12345举报了,完全虚假宣传,奔着你们25年新装修的酒店来的,大堂很有年代感很理解,一推开房门傻掉了,扑面而来的陈旧灰尘气息,桌子沙发,使用痕迹那已经叫战损版,清迈这么多酒店,都是新开的,你但凡不说25年新装修的,是2007年建设的,谁会选择你,合着你25年换个灯泡,也叫25年装修是吧?
这件酒店应该算清迈市区里最大的了。 离清迈夜市走路10分钟,周围很多餐厅,商店,非常便利。 到机场10几分钟车程。 酒店有很多亲子活动,泳池也很大,从浅到深,也有喷水池。 早餐非常丰盛,选择很多。 服务很好,需要什么,都会很快送到房间。
我到各地都喜欢入住香格里拉酒店,可能是一种情怀,一份偏爱!古色古香的大堂有一种带入感,品种丰富的美食,有回家的感觉!总之就是喜欢!
酒店很有泰国风情。房间很大,可以免费给孩子加一张床。早餐很丰盛,吃了四天都不重样。特别满意酒店的泳池,还有小小的室内儿童中心和室外的儿童游乐区,每天还有不同的儿童活动,小孩玩的很开心。酒店距离阿努沙夜市和长康路夜市步行距离可达,周围还有一家好吃的猪脚饭。唯一不满意的是入住第二天我们房间的门坏了,酒店虽然给我们更换到了更高楼层,但是房间还是一样的房型,而且和我们的家人分开了不在一个楼层。
携程订的premium房间,但是给的房间楼层太低,视野很差,虽然房间带了个小花园。
酒店就是太老了,房间设施不太行,但是很干净。
早餐很一般,没有鲜榨果汁。
Spa环境很棒,加分了,很治愈很度假感。
清迈香格里拉是一家优点非常鲜明的酒店。虽然设施确实能看出一些岁月痕迹,略显老旧,但这一点被其出色的管理和无微不至的服务完全弥补。员工热情专业,让人有宾至如归之感。国人很少,基本上都是韩国人居多。
早餐绝对是一大亮点,选择丰富,中西泰式口味俱佳。地理位置也十分便利,外出就餐或探索古城周边都很方便。
总的来说,如果您不追求全新的硬件,而是更看重贴心服务、美味早餐和便利位置,这里会是一个令人舒心的选择。

环境:泳池,健身房,后面的花园很棒
服务:前台,礼宾部,非常热情,服务周到,楼面服务员也很礼貌热情
酒店自身定位很高,在某些方面凸显高级感,比如每次进门需要安检(哪怕是已入住也要安检),吃早饭不可以穿拖鞋,押金每晚收取4000铢,人为制造高级感。实际房间设施却又很普通很老旧,早餐和三星酒店没什么区别,形成强烈反差,令人觉得分裂和不适。
详细说一下早餐,和万豪比差了很多,品种选择很少,很多菜里面没有放肉,咖喱是蔬菜咖喱,汤是蔬菜汤,包子是素包子;咖啡也是小小的一杯且味道糟糕,感觉成本控制到了令人发指的地步。啊对了黄瓜片上还有小虫子,惊掉下巴。就这种还好意思收小孩子的餐费。
服务也有待提高,入住时已经付了孩子的餐费,去吃早餐的时候,服务员还要问我收费,体验糟糕。
性价比很低,不会再去。
各方面都非常好,没有让我们失望,甚至于提前给我们准备了一张孩子的床,没有收任何费用。能够尽量让我们在3点之前入住。早餐很棒,食物都很新鲜多样。从接待到送行李到房间都做得很好。服务员都很热情礼貌,给了我一个面朝泳池花园的房间。值得入住。对比一下收了我同样费用的某乡村酒店,我非常后悔没有及时入住这儿,那个所谓的人家给五分的乡村酒店具有较大欺骗性(当时预定的时候想体验一下比较好的乡村酒店,没想到他们的5分、很好等等都根本不实,就是一个价高不实的泰国农家乐)。以后更相信品牌,对于杂牌或无牌给予坚决的忽视。
我不知道网上给予的某个乡村酒店的什么“早餐很丰盛”(其实根本没什么东西)、“环境超级棒”(其实很多苍蝇蚊子、在很少的几样餐点上飞和叮咬)是什么样的水军评出来的;而对于早餐很丰盛、服务很好、设施齐全的酒店仅仅给予很低的评价,我高度不认可那些低评价者的认知和价值观。我问我的吃货孩子们早餐和上海的五星酒店Langham哪个好,孩子们说这里的早餐品种比郎廷多1/3、而且各种菜都有。我给予香格里拉的综合评分4.5是评低了,没有给5分是希望他们更好。以后如果出门可以选品牌酒店,我肯定更倾向于选香格里拉。对于那些被吹得天花乱坠的杂牌或者无牌则坚决谢绝。
