非常好的体验,房间选了套房,酒店安排了三张床,有客厅,空间感很好。酒店餐食方面也很好,游泳池也还行,小而美。
酒店位置距离古城不远,酒店对面就是阿努善夜市,对面还有Let's relax massage,周边吃饭和按摩很方便,老城区,比较接地气。酒店服务很好,房间略显陈旧,健身房太小,只能容纳几个人,早餐尚可。
设备太差,想泡澡放水漏了一地,老人小孩不方便,而且水颜色昏黄浑浊,半夜空调声音巨大,已经是顶楼套房,真的影响心情,除了地段很不错早饭也可以,但设施太老旧了
在清迈的市区里,干净大气,对面就是可以预定非常舒服的SPA,旁边就是夜市,非常热闹出行也是很方便的!
预定时是2点入住,临近入住时间说改到3点入住了。带娃专门定了有泳池的酒店,到了以后并且是询问后才知道泳池在装修,如果要去泳池要去附近酒店,但是来回的车只有2-3小时一次,肯定不如酒店内部就有方便。电梯也坏了一个。
酒店地理位置优越,附近有餐馆、超市、按摩店、夜市等。
房间干净整洁,维护良好。游泳池正在翻新,客人如果想使用泳池,需要乘坐酒店的专车前往附近的香格里拉酒店。健身房开放时间太短了,只有早上7点到晚上7点。
对于那些寻找好地段和清真餐馆的客人来说,这家酒店性价比很高。
这次选择这家酒店,我和我的家人都非常满意!可以说再选择了一周酒店之后是最正确的决定!
服务:酒店的服务真的很不错,都非常具有服务意识。老派酒店风貌,大厅和客房服务人员很贴心。
卫生:整洁,没什么说的
环境:附近太方便了,建议穆斯林来的话选择,对面就是餐厅,附近更是很多清真餐厅。我们还去清真寺🕌也很方便。
空调声音确实大一点,但是瑕不掩瑜。
房间床底下一层灰,感觉好久没打扫了。
住着身上痒痒的,退房的时候捡化妆品才发现。
空调声音很大,浴室也很窄。
泳池看起来也没人维护,还不如三星级的马油酒店(Mayu Hotel)。
位置倒是挺好,但是这个价格,有点失望。
不会再来了。
位置很便利,加一星。早餐服务人员友好热情,加一星。没了。
缺点:
- 需求被忽视:提前几周预订了大床房,要求高楼层非转角房,结果入住时却被分配到最低楼层的转角房。最后只能在办理入住的员工“爱住不住”的态度下,勉强接受了一间双床房。
- 过时破旧:房间老旧,电梯运行缓慢。
- 空气质量差:三楼和四楼的走廊弥漫着刺鼻的化学品气味。他们只放了一个小小的空气净化器,根本没用。
- 健身房误导:照片具有欺骗性。健身房很小,器械生锈晃动。
这根本不是一家四星级酒店,充其量只是一家翻新过的二星级酒店。只有大堂看起来富丽堂皇,其他地方都显得廉价而破败。
不可否认酒店地理位置很好 门口就是夜市 市场
但是 我们在酒店被偷了 就是吃早饭的一会功夫 包留在了房间 大约半小时的空隙
损失不大 但是很糟心 给酒店前台反馈 毫无反应 只有报警一条路……严重影响旅行的心情
出门在外 务必保管好自己的财物
酒店隔音很差 亲子并不推荐
