There was no air conditioning in the room and no coffee in the morning. Room was clean but both the sink and the shower leak constantly.

Our room was not very clean. In addition, the hand/body soap (container on the wall) in both the sink and the tub/shower were completely empty. It is clear that housecleaning is not much. In addition, the room was very noisy with street traffic all night long. If you need a quiet place to sleep, look elsewhere. FYI- when I tried to inform the front desk of the cleanliness and soap situation so the next guest would not experience the same issues at check-out, no one came to the front desk from their room area despite the bell.

Our first room had a melted fridge and our second room had a dirty towel hanging in the closet as well as the bathroom light and fan fixture hanging from the ceiling as well as just a filthy floor
