Except location, there is no positive point, no tea/coffee cattle in the room, bathroom was so dirty and no facility, no slipper,no shaving kit, no dental kit. Breakfast time given was 08:00 - 10:00, but most of the items were not placed until 08:45. Very sad to say, I chose because of proximity of my location, but to my utter surprise, it was worst than Dorm.

Location is good for transportation, but surrounding area isn’t great. Food quality is good. Clean rooms

There is one staff whose behaviour is intolerable.
And whatever you request for any customisation like room should be on upper floor and this type of things
They never arrange

I stay with family, food was osam they provide us even we were to much late. staff was supporting us, in case any issue quickly resolved.

Location is good and peaceful. Food is excellent. Services are good. But toilets are not good. V good place for family.

Though it was Gomti Nagar, it did not feel like it and was in interior alleys with run down buildings and not so clean roads.
The room alloted was quite clean and has all the basics but after a while there was no water!
The staff tried to fix it but in vain.
Was asked to shift to an alternate room, which was relatively shabby .
Hotel staff was respectful and helpful.
I felt safe inside the Hotel.

ac was making lot of noise
no buffet in breakfast rooms are big but not maintained well
