First time has such a bad experience will never return to this hotel again due to this n also reg front desk team attitude …Pl treat everybody same n have good hospitality towards customers we are very good to you too
卫生和服务，都没有问题。餐厅也很大。各国菜式都有
酒店设施齐全，周边配套也很不错。
但服务真的太差了，我完全没想到这家酒店的服务会这样。
服务速度慢得惊人，不催第二次根本没人理会。
退房的时候，我明明说了会有人来帮我拿行李，也说5-10分钟会到，结果等了很久没人来。我第二次催前台，他们才慢悠悠地派人过来。
早餐后，我们想要点东西，但工作人员似乎不太情愿，尤其是早餐区那两位女士（一个穿白衬衫，一个穿红衬衫）。我们催了好几次才拿到我们想要的东西。
不过，还是要感谢早餐时那几位小伙子，他们对我的78岁老母亲很照顾，及时响应了我们的需求，还让她吃到了自己喜欢的食物，这让我们感到很欣慰。
早餐种类很丰富，食物味道也不错。
最让我感到奇怪的是，退房时前台竟然没人问我入住体验如何，这还是我头一次遇到这种事。😃
最后，感谢那位小伙子（穿红衣服的）。

很棒的住宿体验。员工都非常友善，酒店也超级干净。酒店安排的旅行团也很不错。
对于瓦拉纳西来说，这是一家很棒的酒店。食物很棒，是喧嚣中的一处宁静角落。
因为不想在印度生病，所以我预订了这家看起来不错的酒店。洗漱用品一应俱全，这很好，但是，我明明要求加一张床，却没有准备好；另外，要的额外毛巾也一直没送过来。这让我不禁怀疑，这家酒店是否真的配得上希尔顿这个品牌。
浴缸很脏，厨房里永远没有人气，东西也不好吃。但是好的是携程帮我免费升级了套房的房型，总体来说还是不错的
这次住宿还行；但酒店员工可以做得更好。
非常不错的酒店，服务很好。
地理位置距离市区遥远，饭店周围都在施工，所以尘土飞扬。房间整洁度满分，设施满分，健身房优质，值得挥洒汗水。
性价比不错
