The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach.
-Kitchen needed attention - aluminum pans dirty, needed to be changed; preparation area streaky.
-No spare roll of toilet paper.
Couldn’t get heat. Cold. Needed more covers on bed. Woke up at night, cold. Needed socks and jacket.
- receptionist friendly, told us how to lock door. Unable to help with getting TV to work.

Neighbors were yelling and arguing all night and then started hammering the walls at 4:30 am
