this hotel stay is great.staff were so cooperative.we stayed with kids for 2 days.connectivity to mall road and local sites eyeing is very easy.food in the restaurant is also very tasty and hygenic

I was booked deluxe room but i received normal room in bathroom not even soap their bathroom was very small i request them to change the room but i feel they are not considered advance booking customers

The hotel was good, staff were cooperative, location is also ok. One thing I did not like is that the time for check in was 12 pm and we reached at 1pm, still the room was not ready for check in and we waited for more than 1hour to get into the room.Secondly I did not like the food.Thank you.

Food was average and we did not like the food taste. They charged us 400 rs for dropping to the private vehicles bus stand from the hotel. However the local taxis were charging 200 to 250 rs.

Overall average stay in hotel park residency. Hotel management allowed us early check-in & that is really appreciated. The room & washroom are clean but the room furniture is too old, cupboards are difficult to open-close & small in size. Room has balcony but not properly cleaned, you cannot sit in balcony to enjoy manali's beautiful scenery & weather. Breakfast taste was good but once we tried dinner which taste was not good, many items in menu were not available & serving staff don't know how to serve. Room service was also not up to the mark. If you are searching for hotel with less budget & have plan to have food outside the hotel, you can choose this hotel. There is no lift in hotel, so you must have to use stairs, it feels when you're tired from journey.
