很棒的体验，虽然酒店在翻新公共设施，但服务依旧在线优秀！
很喜欢酒店大堂门口的Rokey，这是一只很可爱又特别聪明的鹦鹉，可惜了回程赶飞机，没有再撸它一把说Bye bye，下次再去撸它。
非常安静，适合亲子活动
我们被升级到了带阳台的二楼房间。房间看起来很新，床超级大，能睡三四个人！浴室也是新的，淋浴很棒，有花洒，水压足，热水也很给力。还提供了安纳塔拉的洗浴用品。超喜欢！酒店有些地方正在装修，但噪音在晚上6点就没了。早餐地点搬到了海边餐厅，虽然有点拥挤，但海景很棒。特别喜欢那张大床和淋浴（没有浴缸）。睡得很好。鹦鹉Ricky超级可爱！
漏了评论酒店app的live chat完全没有用 两次需要沟通但不想打电话的时候通过app完全没有及时回复 大概过了几个小时才有人回 还是逼着自己去打电话解决了 本来看到有app可以沟通避免打电话还挺开心的 结果是个摆设
总之翻新很棒 绿化很棒 但想要好服务得看运气 海边房可以看日出 早上特别美和平静 是一个可以躺天的地方
这家度假村虽然不在市中心，但设施非常齐全，基本足不出户就能满足所有需求。它有两个很棒的泳池，其中礁湖泳池是成人专属的，环境非常宁静。度假村里有好几家餐厅，我们特别喜欢海滨那家。沙滩有点短，而且有很多碎贝壳，不太适合散步。服务非常好。总的来说，我们在这里度过了一个轻松愉快的假期。
时隔20年再次光临，感觉比以前更好了。建筑也翻新过，完全没有陈旧感。这次住了两晚，下次想多住几天。
酒店的某些区域正在翻修，但这丝毫不影响这里完美的宁静、卓越的服务和舒适的住宿体验。
泻湖俱乐部房非常棒，设施齐全，让人感到放松和惬意。

酒店远离市区，而且在吃饭的时间打车特别不好打有一天迫于无奈等了40分钟，没有车就打了个摩托车去市里15分钟还是20分钟就到了，附近完全没有什么特别好吃的，但是我又实在不想吃酒店的，强烈推荐马路对面有一家叫妈妈餐厅，真的做得很简单，又很好吃，海鲜炒饭一定要点哦，椰奶汤也非常不错，就是过马路的车很多，一定一定要小心。
酒店的环境是非常不错的，而且是第一间安娜塔拉，基本上该有的都有了，儿童乐园非常的小，部分活动是要收费的，每天早上有免费的瑜伽活动挺好的，但是老师的素质参差不齐，然后健身房在大门口要走挺远的，房间有送水果迷你吧不免费，比较离谱是沐浴球居然要收费，还好自己带了几个，早餐挺丰盛的，每天会略有区别，给我最喜欢喝的泰奶气泡水等每天喝两杯，早餐的话盛泰澜还是number one，服务还是挺好的，看到了一只超级大的蜥蜴，园子里面好像挺多的，水池里面也有，问了员工，他说他什么都吃，但是他们并不会为他们吃东西，而且叫我们要远离蜥蜴，还有小鸟小昆虫，还有小松鼠还是挺原生态的，总的来说两天的时光还是挺愉快的，就是远离市区有点无聊，第二天还是打了个车回到市区逛吃马杀鸡。
这边的酒店说好的双床房，最后只有大床房，然后酒店的人员特别的不好，我们去看的时候那个海景房都是在一楼的，全是人来人往，跟我们预想的景房完全不一样，最后就去了，他给我们换的泻湖湖景房，塞了小费才给我换到一个好的房间，前面的前台有个人挺好的，带我们去看房的那个女孩子真的不行，还有一点他的双床房海景的只有两间这一点携程的人在跟我们协助沟通的时候只说不一定能保留，但是他没有告诉我只有两间，如果是的话可能我会换其他的房间。

离城区比较远，房间比较老了，但是保养还不错。园林很漂亮，泳池可以喝酒，很休闲放松。遗憾的是没有什么沙滩，周边也比较荒凉。门口的鹦鹉🦜是个亮点。逗了半天，不说话。服务不错，晚上开夜床还点了蚊香，建议水缸里面养点鱼🐟，不然蚊子太多。
