I was initially very pleased with this hotel: The location is excellent, right next to the Erawan Shrine and surrounded by major shopping malls, making it extremely convenient for shopping. The room is spacious, laid out as a one-bedroom suite, equipped with a washer-dryer, microwave, and even a double-door bathroom. I also liked the decor style—what you might call “old money” elegance—and the view from the window gave me a bit of a “retired Manhattan finance tycoon’s home” vibe.
However, after staying for a few days, a series of issues significantly impacted my experience:
1. No Blackout Curtains in the Bedroom: The most unbearable issue was that the bedroom only had translucent blinds, which meant waking up at dawn (and dawn comes early in Bangkok). Sleep is essential while traveling, and this design is utterly unreasonable.
2. Extremely Inflexible Cancellation Policy: I had prepaid for 5 nights including breakfast. When I needed to check out one day early due to an urgent matter back home, the front desk informed me that not a single cent would be refunded—not even for the separately charged breakfast. Compared to the negotiable flexibility often offered with flight changes, the hotel’s rigid policy left a very poor impression.

每次来曼谷都住的这家酒店,离四面佛走路大概六、七分钟左右的路程。曼谷市中心的各大商场都能通过高架桥步行道就能到达很便捷。酒店前台工作人员很有耐心、热情礼貌,换零钱和买**敬恭四面佛都帮助我们解决好了。房间干净给我们升级为套房,有厨房、洗衣机和冰箱,买来的水果和饮料都可以存放进冰箱里冷藏随时可以喝哦!酒店一如既往的好!下次还会继续来住的,给五颗星好评!

这次入住感觉客房服务员总是在打扫的时候 不是忘记添加洗护用品 就是忘记更换浴巾 我们三个人入住 手巾一直只给2条 水也是要每天打电话去客房要 忘记给了好几次 虽然房间设施已经老旧了 但是基本维护的还算不错 每次来曼谷我们都会住在这里 也算常客了 这次隔壁又开了一家新的酒店 也是这家一个集团的 新酒店楼下有咖啡店 还有一家中餐馆和711 更方便了
