下楼就是暹罗百丽宫逛街购物十分方便，房间各类东西都准备充分，卫生无可挑剔，环境一流身处曼谷中心却能做到不吵，下次还会预定这里
酒店位置非常方便，带孩子可以走去百丽宫地下的海洋世界。
走去四面佛大概十来分钟，可以从百丽宫二楼的连廊一直走过去，也不晒。
酒店的服务意识很强，有宾至如归的感觉，有小车可以送附近的7-11。孩子刚好生日，跟酒店说了，酒店就布置了，还送了小蛋糕。
因为临近圣诞，早餐时还有圣诞老人给送小礼物，孩子有点惊喜
非常棒的入住体验，酒店设施、餐饮和卫生无可挑剔，和大型商场比邻地理位置优越。对Kempinski的服务尤其影响深刻，对小朋友入住非常友好。下次来曼谷还会选它。
非常适合一家人，情侣入住，环境卫生都好，到曼谷旅游预算够的我其实是推荐的，隔壁就是全泰国最好的购物中心，购物，吃饭都很方便！酒店的花园真心漂亮！
房间大，干净，会开夜床。迷你吧和小零食不算丰富，但是足够了。服务员很细心，观察到我喜欢喝姜茶，会每天多放几个姜茶包。行政酒廊还有早餐，可以从早吃到晚。周围很好逛。酒店唯一的缺点就是出门回来比较堵车。特别适合带孩子。浴袍质量一般。
非常好的酒店，大堂气派，房间干净，虽然房间不是很大，但所有细节都考虑到，每天的清洁卫生也很及时和专业，迷你吧免费，位置方便。泳池老老小小很喜欢。儿童俱乐部不错，托管了小朋友，照顾的很好。
早餐相对一般，周边虽然繁华，但交通不好，堵车非常严重，出行需要考虑到这点！
订好酒店后就有Saowalak Roongrote工作人员邮件问询几点到酒店，几人之类的沟通。
到酒店等房间的时候工作人员递上一杯冰果红茶，让小朋友第二天了还在回味这香香甜甜的味道。吃完饭回来工作人员带去客房，告知一些事情，在门口她把鞋拖在了房间外，这个细节让我有点惊讶及感动。
大堂会有下午茶和早餐，可以预约，也有一些表演，很惬意。
早餐也很丰富，可以自取也可以点单。
因为有小朋友，主动加了小床，送了宝宝洗漱和拖鞋，细节做得非常好。
酒店位置也非常好，和商场是通着的，吃饭购物都很方便。
这也是这次出国住的唯一一个给满分的酒店。

果然，凯宾斯基酒店是物有所值的。酒店紧邻暹罗百丽宫，购物和用餐都非常方便。客房设施状况良好，夜床服务以及整体服务都堪称一流！早餐种类繁多，味道也很棒，尤其是面食类，都很好吃。最让我满意的是游泳池……如果你喜欢游泳，那一定要来暹罗凯宾斯基！唯一的缺点是交通拥堵，叫出租车的话，基本要等20分钟，因为暹罗百丽宫那边堵车，出租车根本进不来。除了这个，其他一切都非常满意！
