房间设施都很新,没有太大的味道,但是空调声音太大了,根本没办法入睡,只能提前降温再关掉。酒店位置距离公交车站很近,酒店有摆渡车可以免费送过去。出门右转走5分钟左右有711。没有在主街,晚上很安静。距离central world 只有2.3个站,坐公交2路可达。坐BTS只需要10分钟就可以到汽车站,到芭提雅很方便。整体都很推荐,下次来还可以继续

此行泰国最满意的一家酒店。新装修的环境很好,各种细节都很舒服。工作人员服务态度特别好,从出行前邮件的交流就很热情了,前台给升级了房型,入住时加床也已经布置好了。早餐看上去种类不是特别多,但质量都不错,口味很好,特别喜欢法式吐司和炒粉。另外特别安静,隔音很好,住了三晚完全听不到路边或者隔壁房间的声音。缺点是新装修完仔细闻还是有点气味,以及地铁站走过来还是有点小远,路况不好拉杆箱拉着有点累
位置太好了,房间也大,而且去年才又重装,周边有家超好吃的意大利披萨店,获奖不少,号称亚洲第四,周围步行有很多商业体,走路即可到,交通也很便利,去哪里都方便,真的强烈推荐,淡季价格更有性价比🤭
酒店法式装修风格挺好看的,可惜安排的高级房对着的景色太差,打开窗帘是隔壁酒店的锅炉……而且第一天晚上回来就在浴室里发现了一只大蟑螂,也不知道怎么跑进去的,速速找工作人员处理了,小朋友还是害怕了两天
离伦坡尼公园比较近,大约1公里,公园里相比曼谷杂乱混乱无序的街道,简直是绿洲般的存在。
往公园方向有家Massage,可以Tutu车接送至酒店,按的也很认真。
酒店位置算是不错,服务很到位,酒店房间空间宽敞舒适早餐出品也不错。停车场有点窄,电梯没有空调希望可以改进,泳池晚上8:00就关门可以晚一点,房间厕所排气有一点不足但还可以接受,总体体验算不错,性价比很高
房间是新翻新的,设备和装修都很新,位置也很好,我们曼谷主要是为了吃吃逛逛和转机,只浅住了两晚,因为是早班机,就没有订早餐,不知道早餐的情况。但房间进去略有一点味道,空调需要打开,但好似调到最小的风速,空调声音还是很大,前台给我们升级成大房间了,有浴缸的,但好像没有给防滑垫,只配有垫脚毛巾,孩子好动,不小心洗澡时摔了一下,还好,没摔到重要位置。房间冰箱里的mini bar都是收费的,但房间没有找到价格单和mini bar的提示单,我们是特意问了一下才知道,我们房间有咖啡机和微波炉,但这次没用到,对于带孩子的家庭可能还是很友好的,房间够大,床睡的也舒服的。有可以有改进的空间。楼顶有泳池,也没机会用到。曼谷太好逛了,基本都在外面逛吃,都没好好利用酒店。
酒店前台三位都会说英语,中文也勉强ok的。服务非常热情~接送机的车子都会主动帮忙开门拿行李,还会帮忙按电梯。有求必应的服务,也很主动。房间每天有两瓶水free。minbar收费的,房间面积非常大,因为是重新装修的也非常新,空调只可调整风量以及开关,冷气很足。房间面积我觉得两大一小都可以住了,沙发也很大,真的超级大。电视系统也很流畅也有几个国际频道。一共有16F好像,电梯有三部,基本上不用等很久的。需要刷卡。
酒店需要押金,现金和信用卡都行。Grab外卖可以放前台的。情人节入住送了玩偶和蛋糕还有玫瑰花很贴心了。入住是生日,还特意发邮件问我是不是生日需要蛋糕吗,很贴心。蛋糕也很好吃,对了还送了水果。顶楼好像有个游泳池,不过我没去。酒店大门位置没有很显眼,不过对面是康莱德还是挺好定位的

用了携程的酒店套餐预定,性价比一流。
预定很顺畅,几乎是秒确认,也按我们要求留了大床房。到前台出示了家属的丽笙会员卡号还能有会员权益(虽然是用我的名字预定我们两人一起入住)。可以免费延迟退房到2点,应该也是升了一级房间。酒店地点算方便,BTS站下来走5-6分钟,但人行道在修很不好走,建议酒店提供一下shuttle吧。
房间很干净,簇新,采光好,空间也大,早餐丰盛,以西式为主但也有现下的粉面和粥、热菜等。
酒店12楼的健身房很赞,器材齐全,泳池不大但足够用了,不想出去逛街就来运动一下,挺好的。
整体来说很满意,下次会再来的。
我基本不评价酒店,但是这家酒店的服务确实很不错,我的孩子才五岁到曼谷第二天就发烧了,前台的工作人员女士半夜12:00帮我去7-11买测量体温的针,第二天礼宾部的男士再次去7-11帮我孩子买退烧药,还帮我各种解释用量,早餐虽然没有那么丰富,但是品质都很高,且也适合我们的量,早餐厅里面有一位“女士”工作人员真的服务非常好,很细致,很有礼貌,而且对小朋友也很有善,我觉得这种连锁酒店的服务真的是厉害的。我们要出门打不到车,前台的员工也拿自己的手机帮我们叫车。细节是做得真的很好。房价也很合理,地段出门都很方便,下次去曼谷的话还会考虑再继续入住的。
