必须五星好评,服务非常的到位,房间设施很nice,独自住房的人表示很满意。出行前留言商家留房的偏好,马上回复并且安排到位,离店当天因为早班飞机怕睡过头,提示商家启用叫醒服务,早上四点准时叫醒,太赞了,对服务有要求的宝子一定得试试,点餐是可以送上门,餐食也很美味,下次来泰国还订此家。
预订需谨慎,房子分为两栋楼,A B栋。 一栋是新装修的房间 另一栋是旧房子。 小房型大概率会分到旧房子 因此尽量要大户型。
大户型超值房间面积很大 酒店工作人员服务也很好 楼下就有罗森和711 交通也算方便

硬件设施:房间有洗衣机冰箱微波炉电磁炉等,可以洗衣做饭,很适合出行旅游使用。我订的房型有窗户,窗户可以打开,取电卡一直插着,人不在房间也可以整天开着空调。高层的部分房型可以看到湖景。有网友评价的卫生问题,我研究了一下觉得跟它铺的地板材质有关系,它的地板是那种刻纹的,很容易藏污纳垢。我用酒精湿巾前后都擦洗一遍,还可以。
楼下就有餐厅、咖啡店、罗森、711和若干家massage店铺,整体比较便捷,性价比挺好。酒店所在的这条路不靠近大路,整体比较安静,不太能听到摩托车炸街。夜里走路也相对安全。
唯一不便的有2点:坏了1部电梯,只剩下2部电梯,等电梯要等很久;离地铁站还是有一定距离,到素坤逸地铁走路要10-15分钟(不过也相对比较安静,酒店提供shuttle bus)。
地点方便,楼下有餐饮与便利商店,健身房与泳池表现不错。入住时第一间房间偏脏,厕所有发霉且低楼层较吵,隔天更换为高楼层后明显改善。建议选择15楼以上,阳台无法开启。清洁人员亲切,柜台态度良好,未来仍会考虑入住高楼层房型。
前台给升级了套房,面积很大,卫生也不错,且底楼就是罗森、对面是7-11。在小街里,如果想搭乘公共交通是不太方便的,离地铁有段距离,打车也需要等待15分钟甚至以上。
确实像评论中所说,房间中会有一股霉味,而且日日开窗也不会散去。但是对我们而言最致命的是空调直吹床头,根本无法入睡,如果有同样介意这一点的朋友请认真考虑!
预订过程非常便捷,入住手续也很高效,不过需要支付押金。房间宽敞,设施齐全,各种所需用品一应俱全。健身房尤其令人印象深刻,空间很大,配备了丰富的专业器械——甚至还有乒乓球桌(可惜输了我女朋友好几局!)。与The Breakfast Club合作的早餐非常出色。酒店的景观也是一大亮点。
但也存在一些不足之处。酒店目前正在装修,我们所在楼层的走廊铺设着木板。由于施工,其中一部电梯暂停使用。酒店位置本身不算理想,隔音效果也有待提升;即便住在最高层,我们依然能清楚听见全天不间断的车流声。
总体而言,这次住宿体验很好,性价比很高。如果您计划出行主要搭乘出租车,我会推荐这家酒店,因为周边区域步行并不方便——缺乏明确的人行道,且门外道路较为繁忙。
地点还不错,因为我们有租车,门口没啥交通工具,性价比不高.最近年底都涨价了,一晚一千左右.我们住了2周,可以说没有什么服务的,房间设施很旧,厕所很拥挤,卫生做得很随意,带孩子的不合适,随时地面都是黑色的,煮饭的位置设计很鸡肋,我们这个房型说是湖景,真没啥特别的。
这已经是我第4次入住这家酒店了,我很喜欢酒店门口的杨桃树,更喜欢酒店有家的感觉。而且我又预定了5月份再入住这家酒店。真的很棒。
位置非常中心,711有接驳小车接送,我们还去用了游泳池和桑拿房,一切都很干净整洁,房间也很舒适,非常满意。美中不足就是房间送的水带有咸味,建议去附近711或罗森购买
房间很大,风景不错,为了安全小阳台是关着的不过可以签字后打开,有AB楼之分,泳池和健身房都在A,不错,下次还会再来
