位置确实绝佳,距离素坤逸线的phrom phong站很近,出站进商场emporium走几步就到。附近公园和emsphere都很好逛,711附近也有几家。离通罗也只有一站,去siam,asok都天铁直达,白天晚上出门都很方便。并且我没感受到噪声或吵闹。隔壁隐约可以听到婴儿哭闹声,但可以接受。
设施:酒店房间内部设施有些陈旧,浴室比较小,且:1浴缸在门后,有点逼仄。2洗手间垃圾桶太小,一些一次性用品和化妆垃圾很难扔。3牙刷套装太简陋,第一次见到芥末包装一样的牙膏。可能是按日抛设计,但对于连住很不友好,也不环保吧。但优点是房间面积大且方正,阳台景观好。水压巨大,沐浴露洗发水是泰国本地牌子,似乎叫做panpuri,味道是柠檬草个人不喜欢,但莫名很好用,洗完干爽蓬松。床垫偏硬睡着不腰痛,个人觉得非常好。
健身设施愿称为王中王,非常好的泳池景观,没进健身房但看了一眼,真感觉是世外桃源一样。
餐厅一般,比较小,只去了一两天,虽然但是甚至不如全季。
卫生:清扫非常及时,未见任何不明生物,也没有返味反水的情况。
服务:前台,清洁小哥和门口的职员态度非常好,英文也不错。可能中国尤其是大陆游客还是比较少,全程都是英文交流,但一视同仁,不存在差别对待。餐厅服务生英文没那么好,有一点点障碍,不过影响不大。
总结就是非常卓越的地理位置,住得很开心。下次来曼谷会考虑再次入住。感谢我忘记名字的前台小姐姐带我介绍房间,感谢门口的小哥帮我打电话联系司机。
曼谷天铁素坤逸线鹏蓬站出来进商场二楼下自动扶梯可以直达酒店大堂,这次订是单卧,酒店又升级到双卧,客厅有两间卧室那么大,两室一厅一共有三台平板电视、一套沙发、三个卫生间、两个淋浴房、一个浴缸、一个厨房、一个洗衣机房,洗衣机是伊莱克斯滚筒洗烘一体机,冰箱里的饮料全部免费,洗澡水也很大,主卧和客厅外面是大阳台,楼下就是公园,旁边就是三大商场,还有很多便利店、按摩店、日料店、小吃店,交通购物餐饮都非常方便,酒店的露天泳池绿化也不错,早餐有时能吃到三文鱼。
酒店地点很好,离BTS站很近。
但酒店设施颇老旧,房间厕所去水不顺,有淤塞的情况,浴缸和洗脸盘渗水严重,需要每天更换毛巾来堵住渗水的问题,水压有点不稳定,阳台很污秽,所以没有步出阳台,厨房没有任何烹煮和清洁工具,连碗碟也没有,只有两个咖啡杯。
值得一赞的是工作人员和房间服务员,每次需要什么都能立即帮忙。
希望酒店能够更换一下房间的设施,否则真的浪费了这么好的一所的酒店
房间装修很普通,旧了,但是不算残,地毯也无脏感,整体卫生干净,这个行政双床房设备清单里没有洗衣机,实际是有的,也有阳台,给的楼层很高,夜晚曼谷城市天际线还是灯火璀璨很漂亮。洗澡水很大,出热很快,空调很足,厨房很大,冰箱很大,双床的床是真的不大,应该就是 0.8×1.9 尺寸,本人小个子瘦女,睡起来合适,大个子壮男估计就有点困难。
地点极佳,交通非常方便,就在贵妇三圈著名的三个 em 系列最贵的那个旁边,内部可以连通,直接进商场,在到 bts,完全可以不见日光,这一站也是去 siam,chitlom 的一条线上,到通罗日本区也只有一站,走路可到。
三个商场各有定位都非常好逛,餐饮区巨大,都是街头名小吃引进商场,三个 em 里也都有著名的 gourmet 超市, 曼谷的商业生态太优越。住在这里三天内基本走不出去,酒店旁边小街都是按摩店,酒店自带著名品牌 thann 的 spa,就是吃喝逛按一条龙,当然,曼谷很多酒店都是这样,视乎你喜欢哪个商圈吧。
早餐种类不算多,但是足够吃,食材品质都好,味道也过关。泳池不小,水非常好,游泳的人很少,健身房很大,设备很多。
综合来说,以这样的配套,这样的环境,这么便宜的价格,完全的超性价比之选。
这间公寓太棒了,地理位置也绝佳。
我们一定会再回Emporium Suites的。
想避开拥堵的交通时,坐火车出行非常方便。
Emporium的员工都非常友好和善良。
我们住得很愉快。

非常糟糕的体验,入住4晚该酒店,前三天有两天到下午6点前都没有人来打扫卫生,其中一天来人打扫了一半,你没看错,就是打扫了一半,没有补充卫生纸、纸巾、浴巾,甚至连枕套都是直接放在椅背上的,要我自己换吗?最搞笑的是酒店在我投诉后没有任何的反应,只是叫人来打扫了一遍而已。没完,还有更离谱的,退房时背告知要我给10泰铢的本地电话费,what?我根本没有用过电话啊?我有本地电话卡手机好吗?是你们自己的打扫卫生的员工在我房间偷偷打的好吧?这酒店千万要避雷,之前还不觉得,因为地理位置好的缘故,住过两三次,每次通过携程订房都会备注要高楼层,居然一次比一次低,这次直接给我干了个客房最低楼层26(该酒店是26楼开始),没事儿吧?是有多不待见猪肝红护照啊?以后再也不会去这家酒店了,关键还不便宜,一千多一晚啊,设施设备巨旧,厨房都包浆了,卫生间的门下面像狗啃了一样,走廊弥漫着各种维修的油漆和胶水味儿,总之,千万不要住这家酒店,千万不要,曼谷有那么多的同等价位的好酒店
房间非常宽敞,我很喜欢。酒店紧邻Emporium、Emsphere和EmQuartier购物中心,步行即可到达轻轨站。如果再来曼谷,我还会选择住这里。
在曼谷市中心,离轻轨和大型商场很近,楼下不远就有711 、按摩店,餐厅也很多。早餐还行,品种比较丰富。
先说优点:
1.房间面积大。价格合适。跨年也没有怎么涨价。然后有洗衣机烘干机,虽然不怎么好用,而且有异味。mini吧首轮是免费的。
2.旁边就是商场,距离BTS很近。位置比较方便。
3.门口礼宾服务比较好,会主动帮忙拿行李。
缺点:
1.卫生不达标。每天清理都还是很多污渍。然后经常忘记给我们水,要么忘记给牙膏,要么忘记给别的。比较无语。打扫很不用心。
2.很吵,马路上的声音非常吵。但还能勉强忍受。跨年夜对面酒吧实在是太吵了。跟酒店前台反馈了一下。但那个男前台全程臭脸,对我们很不爽。后面他心不甘情不愿的给我们一间没有那么吵的房间让我们过渡一个晚上,让我们第二天 10 点要归还房卡。刚好后来酒吧不吵了,我们就没有使用那个房间。前台蚊子特别多,在那里被咬了很多包。酒店没怎么除蚊子,包括健身房也是非常多蚊子。
3.洗手间不是干湿分离。只能在浴缸里洗澡。这种设计我只有在日本的快捷酒店里见过。每次洗澡都会搞得到处都是水。这一点真的很减分。
4.备品普遍比较粗糙。不太像是五星级。更像是快捷酒店的感觉。比如拖鞋就是日本的那种薄如蝉翼的拖鞋。毛巾特别粗糙。沐浴露洗发水有股脚臭味。我们都不敢用。去 711 自己买了备品。
我个人不是很推荐这个酒店。整体上还是蛮踩雷的。下次还是入住国际连锁好一点。比如万豪凯悦系酒店。这家真的槽点特别多。
