I stayed at this hotel on 10th and 11th September 2025, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. *No towels were provided initially; even after requesting, only bath towels were given—no hand towels. *The AC was malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortable. *There was no table to sit, write, or read—basic amenities were missing. *The bathroom door was unpolished, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. *TV didn’t work, and the drawer handle was broken. *Electrical fittings were incomplete—one counter was missing. *Intercom was non-functional, making communication difficult. *No drinking water was provided. Despite all these issues, the hotel charged ₹3500 per night, which is outrageous for the quality offered. Honestly, it felt like a ₹1000-₹1200 room at best. A truly awful experience. Sincerely, Col. My family had a memorable time here. We visited during evening time. The food was good, eapecially grilled fish, manchow soup, chur chur naan, dal makhni, kulfi. It was homely atmosphere and kids loved the water fountains. We saw the'biggest chair', ' biggest charpai', great pics for instagram content. Thank you 'Team Coral'

There were too much flies in the outer restaurant area near canal. Improve it.The chichen tikka makhani was too tasty that I finished it all by myself.It was a very nice experience but flies made it some bad.I recommed all to visit this restaurant

Very dirty room. I found a. cockroach in the room. Very dirty bathroom. Walls and floor does not look like its been cleaned in a while. I was scared to get in the bed.
Only good thing about the property is the STAFF who were very hospitable and polite.
