I had a great time here in Montana. Good location. It was a relaxing and memorable trip. The room was very specious and nicely maintained. Room service is prompt. All the staffs are very cordial and well trained. A big thanks to Sonija ma'am for helping us through the stay. Recommended for family trip.

This is my 11th visit over Darjeeling, I have preety much knowledge of Darjeeling... But this time's trip of Darjeeling little special. Recently I got a chance to visit this property ( montana hotel ) and I experienced most comfortable and cozy stay at this property from check in greetings to restuarant, everything staffs are very much friendly and professional specially Mr. Biran and Mrs. Mona for your help, and a special thanks to Mr. Ashish Dewan ji for your assistance and helping direction throughout the trip.... Thanks montana team for giving me such a great time....

Best middle class budget hotels with nearby locations of every spots, the best thing about the hotel is excellent food and service well behaved staff and professional management special mr. Ashish ji for solving our every problems with professional.... Food was excellent, service, need to look after the cleanliness 4.9/5 rest everything is fine....

Worthy stay. Room, balcony, Room service everything is well managed. I want to mention Staff member SONIJA ma'am who upgraded my room and thank you for this. But Buffet Dinner is below average. I want to suggest don't take dinner buffet from them. Otherwise you can choose this Summit as your stay at Darjeeling. I hope you'll enjoy your Stay.

We stayed at Summit Montana in Darjeeling for the second time this month and had a really nice experience again. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the stay felt just as good as our first visit. The hotel is located above a shopping mall so the area always feels lively which we liked. The view from our room was beautiful, especially during sunset. We could see Mount Kanchenjunga from the room and it was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast and dinner both had good variety and the food tasted nice. Special thanks to the receptionist Sonija Thapa who was very kind and helpful during our stay. She always greeted us with a smile and helped us whenever we needed anything. Also thanks to Mrs Mona who made sure we were served good quality food. She even suggested and arranged a few dishes for us which were not on the menu but suited our taste really well. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

Darjeeling is one of our most favorite destinations. But beyond the mountains, the clouds, and the tea gardens, there is another strong reason that keeps bringing us back this hotel. The hospitality here has truly touched our hearts. After our stay on 27th February last year, when we planned Darjeeling again this year, this place was once again one of the main reasons and a beautiful coincidence, we stayed in the same room, Room No. 107, both times. My father is 90 years old and my mother is 83 perhaps among the oldest guests to have stayed here. Yet the care, respect, and warmth we received went far beyond service; it reflected genuine humanity. If all goes well, we will surely return. Because some places are not just meant to be stayed in, they are meant to be remembered.

Mona, Aniket and Sanjok are really nice when it comes to hospitality. The way they people treat their guest is truly recommendable. Thank You guys for such good hospitality. Specially big thanks to Mona 🙂
