酒店主动升级了房型，房间非常大，酒店非常漂亮，服务也很周到，餐食也很棒，性价比很高，出去玩打车也很方便
缺点 双床房床太小 有浴缸的淋浴间下水差 厕所排风扇带耳塞都吵的睡不着且无法关闭 游泳池水很咸 早餐厅苍蝇满天飞 酒店应该是翻新的设施非常老旧 健身房味道刺鼻 位置也不好 周围什么也没有 离店礼物也应该是忘送了
优点 早餐单点味道不错 🈶接机服务且接机车辆很新
有点失望，酒店看着有点老旧，而且预定的时候就是看携程说可以延期到下午四点退房，去的时候前台还说只能两点退，搞了好半天才最终同意四点退。晚上睡着被壁虎叫声吓醒，叫了工作人员来看是在外面房梁上，标间外面就是马路晚上会被突突车吵到。优点就是早餐还可以吧，价格也不便宜，不如莱福士
位置稍偏，整体还是非常不错的，服务很好，满意，酒店每天有免费活动，入住送了旁边摩天轮门票，住2晚不错，

这次在暹粒体验了全球最小的安纳塔拉酒店（仅39间套房），1k含早的价格基本满足奢牌想象。入住有惊有喜，但总体瑕不掩瑜。
惊魂夜：222房间灯光控制面板故障，关灯后频闪，当晚换面板未同意换房，次日再闪才换房。
亮点：
- 入住送logo围巾、凉毛巾和欢迎饮品，香味统一
- 行李提前送房，夜床开好，服务员热情且记得姓氏
- 单点早餐丰盛，土豆饼、鸡肉米线好吃，离店送巧克力
- 泳池风景好，服务贴心；每日有活动，手作香一对一教学
- SPA 30刀起，性价比优于柏悦
不足：
- 基础房型无浴缸
- 规模小，设施维护差（灯光故障、房间藏污、健身器材损坏）
- 早餐厅香槟品质一般，备品非大牌且不可带走
- 离市中心车程10分钟，稍偏远
总体服务贴心、氛围静谧，下次来暹粒还会考虑。

但这家全球zui小的安纳塔拉，却以“小而美”完全征服了我
全套房设置，整个酒店一共39间套房，
即使满房，住客也不会超过100个，安静舒服，太适合度假⛱️i人狂喜！
服务属于令人忍不住夸赞的水平💕
因为规模小，所以对每个住客都照顾得很周到。
还没入住，管家便会发邮件来确认航班时间，特殊需求等。
刚进入酒店，会送上围巾作为欢迎礼；接着去spa中心进行洁足仪式，还会送上很有特色的欢迎饮料，冰冰凉，酸酸甜甜的很解暑。
配有中文讲解，进行酒店介绍和roomtour…
房间，是精心布置的，手写信、欢迎水果、当地甜点、手作蜂蜜…
晚饭回来，夜床开好，备品及时补足（味道很好闻），还会贴心备好冰块。
早餐是自助加点餐结合，本地的那个蛋卷很好吃！
文化丰富📕
酒店是真的很用心地在宣传高棉文化。每天都有很多活动，比如做手工，骑行，和当地人逛市场等等…提供机会充分体验当地生活
硬件设计也独具匠心，房间里充分融入高棉传统元素，比如柚木地板、丝绸装饰及源于吴哥窟浮雕灵感的雕刻…
如果在花园预定晚餐，还会配有当地特色表演
入住酒店还会送两张摩天轮的门票，每张价值12美金。摩天轮就在酒店旁，可以很好俯瞰酒店和整个暹粒！
如果一定要说缺点，那我觉得我可能离酒吧街有一点距离，打车大概需要10分钟，附近吃的比较少。
源于泰国的安纳塔拉，以“一城一酒店”进行谨慎扩张，我个人觉得这个牌子对东南亚文化的理解很深，如果来暹粒，真的可以体验一下！
以上，该省省该花花！一千多就可以避开人潮，住套房+享受全方位服务😎，性价比实在拉满！
这家安纳塔拉应该蛮多年了，房间里的设备都很有年代感，但能看得出维护的很好，还是很有质感的。工作人员很nice，当天在酒店吃了chef table ，欣赏了柬埔寨传统的舞蹈，还参观了酒店的菜园。
早餐的咖啡稍微差一些，是胶囊咖啡，但奶茶不错。
我只能说这是我住过最棒的酒店之一。房间非常大，睡感很好，我是对声音特别敏感的人，但是空调一点也不吵。而且还给我们升级了房型，并且享受到了happyhour（虽然要在餐厅才能买一送一，但是在泳池边上居然也给我们用了买一送一）。每一个服务员特别热情，能记住我们家每一个人，还有台球可以打，游泳池也特别干净。驱蚊做的很好，回到房间一点蚊子都没有，还有小零食和开夜床（冰桶也准备好了），牛奶也可以免费喝。早餐特别丰盛，粥和米粉我强烈推荐很不错。安纳塔拉的passionfruit Mojito和他们家的signature有一杯酸甜的（里面有百香果的）真的很好喝，调酒很在线。最后还有小蜂蜜可以带走。
酒店离市中心较远，住过最小的安纳塔拉外环境在线，连住三晚，二晚住的没有浴缸的房间，洗漱台只有一个不习惯，第三晚要求换有浴缸🛁的房间同意了，服务员打扫换床单看到👀吓一跳，有好几块黄色污渍，开业之今没有换过吧，前台有个会说简单中文小姐姐很友善…
预订时候，显示可以第二天下午4点退房，但实际入住告知12点需退房，经携程再三沟通延迟到1点退房。我们提早到酒店，但酒店也安排了提前入住。
小插曲，厕所灯罩突然掉落，还好当时没人在厕所躲过一劫。和前台反馈时，前台很平静……
酒店环境氛围很好，舒适安逸且安静。
酒店服务也不错，打扫勤快干净。有一个女生会简单中文。
早餐，也很丰富美味。
