这个酒店非常好。前台和餐厅服务人员非常热情，还会讲中文，照顾到宾客的各种需求。入住当天有迎宾的冰激凌，前台吧台24小时，免费饮料、咖啡和坚果小吃。12层还有泳池和桑拿。自助早餐30元，非常棒。 酒店紧邻商业区，逛吃都方便。孩子特别喜欢，下次来新加坡还会住这个酒店。
超级满意的一家酒店，如果不是因为后面房间满了，真的会忍不住续住。首先酒店24小时提供免费的小点心，咖啡，饮料和苏打水，每天出门前可以自取，回来能立即补充能量。其次酒店设施保养不错，房间干净整洁，厕所有浴缸，房间面积应该算新加坡里很大的了，两大两小不拘谨，还有楼中泳池，因为每天暴走回来累的没游泳。最后距离地铁步行不超过10分钟，途中还会经过吐司工坊，可以当作早餐，地铁附近是乌节路商业icon美食阁和詹爷爷冰淇淋都轻而易举抵达，同时如果穿过对面的酒店就可以到达远东大厦，亚坤就在那。所以虽然不在地铁口，但是去哪都方便。有一位印度模样的员工态度很好，热情而友好。总体来说，下次还是会首选这家！
房间干净整洁，饮料、咖啡冰水都可以随便喝（虽然也喝不了多少）。唯一美中不足就是酒店在一大坡上，也没有接驳车拖着行李走还是挺远的
整体环境可以，浴池干净，枕头太软，没有配置硬枕头。交通不太方便，距离公交站和地铁都很远。还有不短的上坡，走路不太友好。欢迎食物是零食和果汁饮料，不太好吃。水果单子，只有青苹果。饮料是可乐和雪碧，这些整体一般。
携程919活动囤到的产品，入住非常满意，办理入住时会送冰淇淋，一楼行政酒廊24小时开放，小食（三种：坚果、小饼干、膨化食品）和饮品免费供应。离地铁站有一点距离（800多米），玩累了回来还是有点嫌远，但如果只是在乌节路逛街，地理位置太太太方便了。整体来说，如果以后还能有打包优惠，会毫不犹豫继续选择。
酒店位置就在乌节路后面，闹中取静，房间设施齐全，很安静，前台服务很好，办理入住还给了一个冰淇淋吃，味道非常不错。一楼大厅有免费的饮料咖啡茶可以随便喝，还有干果饼干吃，下次在来还会选择远东集团的酒店入住！
房间舒适，早餐丰富，圣诞节去很有氛围，前台有自助咖啡和各种免费饮料，去乌节路也很方便。下次还会考虑这家。
