we booked via mail and got a booking number 2 months before we whent there, but when w came there the place was full. they had no rooms they said. And they didn't want to do anything about it. they just said that we have to find something else, so we had to go around in midigama and try to find somewhere to stay. couldnt find anything, so we had to pay an extra taxi 60$ to Hikkaduwa and pay an other hotel (only place we could find rooms) 100$ per night. and then after that search for new places to stay for a whole week. so Rams destroyed the first week of our vacation. By The Way, the place looks realy nice on pictures, but looks like a rat hole in real. I don't recommend anybody to stay there because its a really filthy place

我和几个朋友想去这家酒店吃顿饭，结果却被告知酒店只接待外国人，不欢迎斯里兰卡本地人。当我们询问原因时，他们除了“本地人喝醉后会骚扰其他外国游客”之外，无法给出任何合理的解释。事实上，我们去那里并不是为了喝酒。因此，我建议所有游客都远离这家酒店，因为它的“本地人禁入”政策令人作呕，充满了种族歧视。
地方不太干净，而且因为后面就是马路，所以非常吵闹。服务有限，WiFi晚上9点就关了。不过，这里是去Ram's Right或Lazy Left冲浪的好地方。我更喜欢椰子种植园，那里很安静，坐嘟嘟车不到5分钟就能到。
Ram's 的确是个不错的地方。然而，现在有更多选择，而 Ram's 似乎并没有意识到需要改进。房间非常“简陋”，这倒也无妨，但问题是根本不干净。地板完全没有打扫干净，大堂也一样，桌布脏兮兮的，椅子破破烂烂的，晚餐时间还得从房间里搬走（而且他们也不会归还）。沙子里残留的食物引来了很多苍蝇，垃圾也到处堆积。网络连接经常出现余额不足的情况。餐食的分量和内容都不统一，一份蔬菜面条的量竟然是番茄酱意大利面的四倍。如果你点了早餐，吃完吐司后还要等20分钟才能喝到果汁，咖啡则要再等30分钟。总之：员工们根本不懂什么是服务，什么是清洁，什么是舒适，他们也懒得体贴顾客。 Ram's 必须改进这些方面，因为只需再往前走 2 公里，就能以几乎相同的价格住到配备空调、大电视、冰箱、厨房和热水淋浴的房间，而且没有苍蝇、尿骚味和交通噪音。
