非常方便 靠近新加坡河,走到Clark central,五分钟时间, 地铁站也在边上 可以直达机场 , 房间挺大的, 推荐
房间卫生很差,床垫特别特别软,酒店服务也很差。通过携程协调,酒店才勉强把床单搬到另一张床上,睡的硬床板,酒店说是没有被子铺垫。携程服务非常好,有耐心且负责。晚上11点多,客服还在持续跟进问题解决,非常感谢携程的服务。
房间不大,灯光昏暗。有潮味道。给我安排在游泳池背面的房间。不敢拉来窗帘。想换房间,被告知,我订房间的平台只能住这样的。下次不会再选择了。
房间虽然有些小 但是设施一应俱全 mini bar里是两瓶巴黎水 前台的专业性和服务态度非常好 刚开始入住的房间有些不满意 与前台沟通后马上更换了房间 酒店去福康宁的路上在施工 需要走大约6分钟 总的来说还是比较方便 附近300米左右有家711 买东西方便
配不上五星级的称号,房间又小又窄,且插座很少很不方便。服务员态度傲慢,要求打扫房间三次都没有及时清理。
酒店服务非常的友善,距离地铁站也就几分钟的而已,也很靠近克拉码头,房间设施也很齐全,虽然没有提供瓶装水,但是有个小水机,也是挺不错
酒店位置太棒了,去主要景点均可步行,边上就是地铁NS和DT线。
环境很棒,酒店的餐厅也很好吃。课房实际面积可能没有详情页上写的那么大。放国内可能就16-18平。厕所似乎有一点点的异味。总体卫生过得去,床品很舒服,尤其那个枕头!睡得很好。

五星?别逗了,这个标准也就农家乐,别相信他是 23 年装修的!他只是翻新而已,床头没有插座你可信?卫生间洗漱台没有插座你可信?
最无语的是开台房卡居然开错了,刷卡开门发现已经有人入住了!还好房间里没人,只有行李!不然多尴尬!第一视角要求酒店证明我没有动人家房间的东西!换了房卡后酒店说补偿我第二天的出租车费用,本来没要求赔偿,既然主动给了,就算了,但是该说不说,避雷(尤其是国人,英文不好别来沾边!)
带娃来玩,选这家酒店很满意。位置非常好,步行距离就能到克拉码头。离地铁站和公园也都很近。穿过一条街就是新加坡河,吃饭溜达都方便。房间不大但是够用了,每天都有人打扫房间,还有咖啡机和汽泡水提供。酒店一楼餐厅提供三餐,每天还有,20新币的代金券可以抵扣午餐和晚餐。以后来的话可能还会住!
